Had a bit of difficulty finding what I was looking for. No associate around to ask. Took much longer than necessary to find a bucket. Poor signage labeling.

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS! The company is AWFUL. My father is a Vietnam Veteran and my mother wanted to paint parts of our house inside. He went in and ordered the paints, come to find out they associate mixed the WRONG color paint. Now the store and Lowes corporate are refusing to give him a refund for an item that is incorrect and not what he asked for. They did not even offer him store credit. Now he needs to go else where and reorder and PAY FOR the correct paint. This is disgusting how a company can treat someone who fought for this countries freedoms. I hope this store paint department and manager and who ever makes these bone headed decisions at Lowes feels ASHAMED of themselves and I hope that even just one person thinks twice before shopping at this store now. Its a freaking $50 can of paint JUST GIVE THE MAN HIS REFUND.

It’s employees like Sheri that make me only shop at lowes for home improvement items. Knowledgeable and friendly is just what you need when looking for specific items. She truly goes above and beyond. Love this location for that reason.

Placed an order for pickup during the day got an email and text saying the order was ready for pickup. Once I arrived I was told they were out of stock and they had to cancel my order. Would have much preferred they canceled my order before I drove 30 minutes one way to be told they were out of stock.

I needed some border stone for a garden wall and found the perfect ones at Derby Lowes. I was offered help to load the blocks and mulch and I greatly appreciated it since it was a lot of work. I ended up needing more and drove back later that day and the girl at the garden checkout was kind enough to help me again. I was very happy with her helping me and very grateful!

Online shoppers beware! Lowe's does not indicate prior to your order being placed that it is a special order subject to 20% restocking fee. You only find out when you bring your item to the store to return it. Then they tell you that you should have known this when you ordered it because the item you chose to have shipped was not available for same day pick up in store. Seriously? What a scam. A great way for Lowe's to profit on returns!
