awesome all around!! customer service !! any negative comments here are purely out of anger and ignorance (ego satisfaction guaranteed ) !! been in the construction business for 15 yrs. Don't believe the BS!!!!

The store was so dirty. From display tools to shelf items to the floor. And, one person was floating around talking to fellow employees, but literally turned his back on us when we asked a question. Great store. I am not a contractor but am handy and generally know my way around hardware stores, For this Lowe's, items are easily found and staffs were extremely helpful. Much better than the Home Depot nearby. I wonder why people still go to HD.
