Went to pick up my prescription today. The pharmacy WORKER Alexa gives the most passive aggressive tone. She needs to get her attitude in check before speaking to patients in such a terrible manner. I regret coming to this pharmacy. She needs to learn how to speak to patients properly.

My concern is that the hours of operation listed are incorrect. Store closes at 9 pm and not 10pm. Arrived at store at 9:20pm for needed over the counter medication & store was closed. The next day asked employee who stated that the store closes at 9pm.
Not sure if pharmacy hours listed are correct either?!

The evening front store manager should be ashamed of himself for the way he treated one of the pharmacy techs. Not only did he berate her for something that the customer was okay with doing, but he did it in front of a line of customers. The poor girl was crying because of this. I hope he learns a lesson and treats others with a little more kindness.

Shopped at Derby Ct. store #1044 on 11/20 for general items. When cashing out I presented two store gift cards. The casheir was very reluctant to have me use these coupons and then had trouble entering them. She called the store manager for help and the manager was more reluctant to assist. I have been to many CVS location's in my day but this store was the worst for help and assistance. I will never return to this store and advise others not to go there.

Calling to see if a prescription was filled and lady that answered was very short and rude. Wasn’t trying to be a pain just wanted to call before I came :)

This CVS seems to be smaller than others in the neighborhood. People working in the store are friendly, and the store is relatively clean.It is a convenient location if you are doing your regular shopping in the Big Y shopping center. It is helpful if you need a get well card or a birthday card. Some of the cosmetic items seem more reasonable than the Big Y grocery store and they have a more comprehensive selection than the grocery store.

Brett was a magnificent help each time I visited CVS he was a HUGE help. Definitely recommend him having a higher up position. Please consider 5 stars!!!!

Bad customer service. The store is supposed to close at 10 pm. It was 9 pm and the employees closed the store 1 hour earlier they did not allow anyone to go in to the store even though it was not 10 pm yet. This store doesn't comply with the normal business hours they are supposed to.

Hours are not posted on door. Website says open until 10 PM on weekdays, but closed at 9:00
