Brian has yelled at me for a bill they never told me I had. A chunk of that bill was from May 2012 when I was in a coma 30 minutes away. The 2 females. Shannon. I don't recall the other woman's name. Are very helpful and have patience at all times. Sorry, there aren't enough subway gift cards in the world, to make up for the verbal harassment and threats. I hope by taking action, I can save the next sick or disabled customer from being yelled at and talked to like. You're a no body or not welcome. I ? this gets resolved and Is taken seriously.
