We are very happy with the transportation services provided to relocate our pets from Ireland to the US. From start to finish the whole process was seamless. At all times we knew our pets were being taken care of by true animal lovers and the kindness shown to them at all stages took so much out of the stress of moving. I don’t know that I can give any improvement suggestions as we are not only thankful but also impressed by the levels of kindness and professionalism shown by all team members at every stage of this process. In particular I want to thank Ava, from our first phone call she gave me a sense of reassurance that we would be in good hands. Exactly what we needed to do was explained very clearly and followed up with by email. She has been available for any questions I have had and always responded in a timely manner with clear answers and guidance. Knowing she was there was a great reassurance and I knew that Joe and Archie were safe in the hands of Ava and her team. Again, thank you to the whole team.

Julia and her team were excellent. I couldn't be happier with the support they have provided Kaiser when we moved him to Ireland. Julia was very caring, organized and responsive. I could tell that she is a true furmom with her genuine care for us as anxious furparents. She alleviated our anxiety from the beginning, was very reassuring and assisted us every step of the way. Prior to the move, everything was planned out systematically. We were briefed extensively about what to expect during the move. Clear instructions were provided that allowed us to meet the requirements in a timely manner. During the day of the move, everything was also very organized. The people who picked up Kaiser were prompt. From the moment Kaiser was checked in to his flight, we received regular updates via email and Whatsapp from several team members across different time zones. When Kaiser arrived in Ireland, they provided us photos of him having fun and we could tell that he had a relaxing flight. It only took about an hour for Customs to clear him and he was delivered to us in no time. I am very grateful for the service Julia and her WCP Team has provided. I couldn't ask for a better team. Thank you again for being a big part of our journey. I highly recommend WCP to handle pet transport needs. More than the great service, they were all genuinely caring and reassuring that helped ease our anxiety.

Let me start saying a big thank you to Giulia and team. When I had to relocate to UK for work our first concern was Luna. But then we got introduced to Giulia. From day 1 she was very kind and detailed. She explained clear steps of Luna’s travel from Tokyo to London. As we progressed during this journey she was very precise with documents needed and when they are needed. As we got closer to travel day, questions were popping up in my head. Giulia arranged a call and all doubts were cleared. On journey day we were informed each step of luna and she arrived safely at home in London. No words could describe how grateful we are to Giulia and team. BIG THANK YOU!“

We requested Giulia specifically as she had done a great job when we moved our cat to Singapore. Fortunately she was assigned to us again to manage her move together with Ariel her assistant. We were very happy with everything again this time. Giulia is a great communicator and despite being on opposite sides of the world, we always managed to get everything resolved in a timely manner. We had a few hiccups along the way due to changing airline requirements and a vet with a broken knee, but thankfully Giulia was able to step in and help us, and everything was resolved for our cat to travel as planned. I know of another colleague at the same organisation who spoke just as highly of working with Giulia for their pet's relocation. I only wish that Giulia was responsible for our entire relocation as she was (again) the most responsive and helpful person we dealt with during the entire move process.

“I really liked WorldCare's pet services; it was a smooth process from the beginning. The team was very attentive to us and especially to Babi. Everything worked out very well from the start to the end of the process. At one point, communication wasn't flowing at the speed we needed, and Anabel came up with the idea of putting everyone involved in the WhatsApp group, and that's when communication truly became effective. Moving two big dogs across the world (USA to Luxembourg) is stressful to say the least, but we are beyond grateful to Lauren and the whole team at WorldCare for their services. From start to finish, they were so easy to work with and instantly put our minds at ease with the way the process works and the level of care they provide. I couldn’t imagine going through this move without them and honestly can’t recommend them enough. Our two dogs are happy and healthy as can be in our new home.

Frank our 11 year old pug has made it to Japan! I have personally flown with him and found ways to travel with him abroad a few times in his life, but for his move to Tokyo, the only option was Worldcare Pet. They were the only punctual response to my inquiries out there and they had recommendations all over the world, we even spoke to someone in Hong Kong who had their Frenchies relocated and they gave them a glowing thumbs up! Keep in mind it is expensive, but you do get someone who knows the process, will book and pay for the flights, and keeps you updated the entire way. You can tell by the google reviews that they have hundreds of happy customers! Would use them again!!

Was really the perfect solution!We scratched our heads finding a way to get Daisy to the USA, not that many American airlines no longer allow dogs in the hold. She was just too big for the cabin.This was perfect. Flexible arrangements, and works well for dog and owners. Pick her up when convenient, transport her comfortably, constant communication.Most importantly, I felt that everyone involved, especially Lauren the co-ordinator, genuinely loved dogs.
