I recently had the pleasure of working with Emmanuel at Wells Fargo, and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for his exceptional customer service. I had multiple checks to deposit, and Emmanuel was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I also wanted to take a moment to mention the manager who greeted me during my visit to Wells Fargo. Overall great experience! Thank you guys!

I have to write this review because the manager Dee, was extremely nice and professional and did her best to assist me. And Jack helped me to set up my business account and it was pleasure working with him, very professional and helpful. My experience with Wells Fargo has always been the best one and their customer support is excellent as usual! Thank you Dee again!!!

Opened up my business account here. I believe I dealt with the branch manager who was friendly enough. Still the process was quite tedious and they seem a bit out of their element. Regardless, overall a good experience.

The branch manager “Dee” she’s incompetent and for someone that’s been with the bank for over 20 years knows very little. I had questions regarding a POA account which she did not know not even one answer to and constantly had to call her help center. Don’t get me wrong I love banking with Wells Fargo however I will never return to this branch again the manager DEE is clueless.

Dealing with Bank Manager was frustrating. I have been a member of the bank for about 40 years. Not certain I will be back.
