multiple times they have told me my prescription will be ready in the next 20 minutes, and when i go back for it they tell me they are out of the medication. they can’t ever let me know if they’re out so i can get it sent somewhere else.

All staff is extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The store is always clean and mostly well stocked. It is a pleasure to shop there.

The pharmacist I dealt with wasn’t helpful.Told me that the prescription I’m looking for wasn’t sent to them. I needed to bag to ask him to look again. He then find it and said’ ah they called yesterday. It will be ready tomorrow’.Will not have my next refill sent there.

Photo department and customer service leave a lot to be desired. Placed an order for (6) 4x6 photos at 9:30am. Was told order would be ready at noon. At 1:30, I received an e-mail telling me My order was ready and I could come pick it up. Recieved a second e-mail while I was at the store(3:45pm.) again telling me my order was ready. The only problem was 2 different people could not find my photos. They told me if I waited a little while, they would print my photos. When I called the manager, he told me that my photos were probably given to some other customer and this happens once in a while. Really?Are you kidding me?

I had an appointment for a covid-19 vaccination. The pharmacist left early and didn't show up. No attempt was made to call or email or cancel to save me from driving 40 minutes. I charge $100 for no shows. Please email me to pay your balance.
