This store and it's owner provided me with exceptional customer service and went way above and beyond to help me out! I was having difficulty with another UPS store in SC charging me $$$$$ for the delivery of a package that had been dropped off at their store. In addition to them rarely answering their phone they also refused to explain the price they had quoted me even though I had the dimensions and weight of the package and knew I was being overcharged. After several attempts to resolve the situation myself I went into the Darien store to ask for advice. Marcos, the owner of the Darien UPS store was extremely helpful and offered to help me dealing with the SC store. Ultimately, he called the other UPS store several times for me and got the package delivered safely for half the originally quoted price. Marcos then also helped me load it into my car: it was heavy!!! Exemplary customer service! Thank you, Marcos, I could not have got this delivered without your help!

Mid range review here. Friendly staff but with a frustrating experience.
Website boasts postal servi e partnership but this has apparently been discontinued. Website should be updated.
Will be contacting UPS Mail Innovations regarding misleading instructions for return facilities.
Hopefully this will be taken as a constructive review to update store offerings and policies to avoid frustration in the future.

We have become regulars whether for amazon returns or colour printing and laminating. Really appreciate having this service so conveniently located. The Manager is terrific and very responsive. Staff maybe could use some training for consistent customer experience but overall happy client. Thanks

I got on here to leave a glowing review for Marc and his staff for always going above and beyond, and I came upon a derogatory review from ‘Olgs B’ that has me very annoyed. Before I begin my rant, my first thought; however, is why don’t you have your last name made public? If you feel the need to leave such a review, have the nerve to make your entire name public. I take such offense to you, Miss B, to suggest that someone, anyone from this store would steal. Where is your proof that they have stolen either from you or from other customers? Unless you have proof of this happening, how dare you put this in writing, in a Google Review no less. Do you have proof that Marc or one of his staff stole from you? I think not!! Marc and his employees are the most honest people in this industry. I have been using Marc for years, whether it be for Amazon returns or shipping very expensive items, and I have nothing but the best to say about everyone who works there.

I use UPS for my business and I recently went to the Darien store to ship a package to a customer. I indicated that I would be manually punching in the cc details and I was told that would not be possible because " I am not a regular". I calmly explained that I use both the New Canaan and Norwalk store and that neither of those stores have a problem with the payment process. I even pointed out that I had the receipt from the other box sent that was processed in Norwalk using the same credit card. I said, "So are you telling me to take my business elsewhere? and he said" Yes".I therefore, had to drive to the New Canaan store ( who had no problem with manually punching in the CC#) to ship a package that cost all of $20.00. Unbeknownst to them, it was not my first time in the Darien shop but it MOST definitley will be my last.

Not sure what to say about this location as I have never encountered an issue like this before. 4-5 Amazon returns are missing and Amazon never received the items back. The staff is great but if my items are not making their way back then I have a big issue. That's not fair to the customers. Tge lication manager admitted that items are lost and stolen. Ideally, every time one gets a receipt a pictute of the receipt should be sent to Amazon. Very disappointed. Not sure if I would like to use this location for sending any item back. I hope my missing items are tracked and resolved.
