They fixed my phone quicker than anticipated. The environment was clean and professional, and I was offered water while waiting. The staff was warm and courteous, not only to myself but to other customers as well. It was a pleasurable experience, you will be glad you chose them for service.

My laptop was there for more than a month and was never fixed. I was convinced to buy insurance because it would save me money and when I finally took it somewhere else it was fixed within 24hrs for half the price!! They do not have enough people working there and I would not recommend it

The quality and speed of the repair was excellent! The communication with the Asurion attendant, was good, but the final pricing was confusing. I was offered a $100 "discount" on the original repair estimated price, for a $25 "fee". Upon returning home and checking emails, I found out that I was signed up for Asurion Home+ for $25/mo. without knowing. If it was explained more clearly, I would understand I need to sign-up to get the discount and then cancel it at my leisure if I didn't want to continue the service, rather than finding out after the fact! Sneaky!

Danny need a raise! He help me fix my appointment and spoke with the insurance representative to clearly explain the situation regarding my broken phone screen. He was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. If I ever need my electronics fixed I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Excellent, friendly and accommodating service. Have fixed a screen on a pixel and another screen on an ipad here. Danny's been very helpful. I made an appointment but showed up earlier that day and he helped me right away.

I had a horrible experience from start to finish with this store, including with the Manager and their technical Gaige, and an employee Kaylee. They are beyond disrespect to customers.I was sent to this store by Verizon Corporate. They sent me to get my phone scanned so I could be issued a replacement device. When I walked into the store, I was ignored by multiple employees, including the manager for almost a half hour. Another customer addressed their lack of respect and customer service because they didn't even greet the people walking in the store, Just ignored everyone.The Manager misdiagnosed what issues my phone had and despite what I was told at Verizon, told me my options were to have the parts fixed in store by Gaige or I would not qualify to get a replacement device. He was such a bully.Upon allowing Gaige to repair my device he actually broke it. When I called they didn't even apologize just sent me off to deal with customer service again.Do not allow them to ever touch your devices. Just request a replacement device.Also, I hope the owner of this store realizes these staff members need some extreme customer service training. Ignoring customers and ignoring appointments to play on their phones is not appropriate. Everyone's time is valuable and the fact they couldn't even be bothered to apologize for the hundreds of dollars of damage they caused to my device is pathetic.
