This has to be the slowest under staffed bank that I have ever experienced. Unfortunately there aren't many around. Sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes without any movement at all.

App isn't very good. Customer service is spotty. Either very good or lousy, depending on your luck that day. Very high maintenance fees. Not worth it.

I would give negative starts if I could/ so I will separate it by individual that I have spoke to since my entire ordeal. I had an official cashiers check from Chase bank. I deposited into my account (the account I used for almost everything). Next day I tried to sign into my online account, could not get it, I called the number that was showing up and the representative told me that my account was closed and to visit a branch so they can help me. I drove to the bank, I spoke to Ruth who took a look a look into my account, turned to me with both hands together and said "I'm sorry it looks like we are terminated the relationship with you and tdbank" Extremely dismissive, wanted me to say "OK no problem thank you" to which I, instead said "HOW CAN IT BE CLOSED IF I JUST DEPOSITED A 23,0000 CHECK!" Then she looked worried and started looking more into it. She was still very dismissive and said well were you able to used any of the money? and I said, I JUST DEPOSITED IT YESTERDAY. Then she somehow found a number to call and reluctantly called it, was on hold and then started helping other customers because as she said "We are short staffed and are about to close so there is not much I can do at the moment" Regardless I stayed, I called Chase while waiting to ask them what the problem was with the check they gave me, they said, the check is valid gave me the check information and told me that I should provide it to TD bank. After Ruth spoke to someone she said that she needed to send a form to a different department, which she did. She emailed them and told me that she would call me the next day to let me know what was going on....She did not call me the next day.I called her, she told me that I needed to wait several days for the bank to review my account. Told me to wait until the 30th....(my account is still frozen btw it's the 2nd of January)

OMG. How does it take 10 days to clear a local check from a wealthy individual? I actually went to inquire why my deposit had not cleared and they told me it would be 10 DAYS???? They then suggested that we could make a (very offensive) phone call to my mother in law to ask if she had those funds? What is going on? I have NEVER seen anything like this and am so very offended by the way they handled this. Will let my kids know as they have money in this bank. ?????????????

Terrible customer service. I called Nikita Singhal 3-4 times mentioning I was calling all the way from India but nobody comes on the call, no resolution and extremely slow turnaround time on questions. The same attitude when asked to speak with the manager Monica Malhotra. Got frustrated and kept the phone down and will try reaching out to another branch as this one seems really inefficient!! Staff always out for one hour lunches and don’t attend calls endlessly!!

Was told on phone to go into a branch to set up transfer with outside bank. Went into this branch and the teller said I need to go to the other bank involved in the transfer(wrong) .

Girl at the drive thru needs better customer service . I usually visit Westport ave for a business account and by the way the friendliest team ever. I come here when I’m in the area. The first time I thought she was just having a bad day . But this is the second time . She is so rude and tries to rush you . Always leaves me talking by myself

And the award for the most slowest drive thru ever of all TD banks goes to this one. One lane open as usual. If someone has to stop quickly at the bank with very limited time such as my self. I end up always having to wait a minimum of 6 minutes every time. Why don’t all the TD banks just put outdoor ATM machines in the drive thru lane! Clearly we can do a faster job with it versus having to wait forever in line….

Worst bank in the history of banks. CONSTANT mistakes. Crummy rates. Always new employees. Constant confusion. Still trying to solve problem from 2 weeks ago. Don't answer phones many times. Maybe if the manager wasn't eating her Pringle chips in her office (8/28/20), she could answer the phone. Unprofessional. Go to dr Bank in Darien. Art is very helpful, especially during pandemic.

Drita Gjonbalaj, the branch manager, and Erika Medeova-Weigel, Assistant manager, did such a fantastic job for me. They both took a lot of time out of their busy days to help me with my kids accounts. Truly great customer service. If we all helped each other this way the world would be a much better place. TD Bank is lucky to have them both. Thanks.

The entire staff are friendly, helpful and really cares about what they are doing and works hard on behalf of the customers they service.

I don't go inside to talk to the clerks, I just use the ATM and go. Sometimes the ATM doesn't work and I waste my time driving all the way their not knowing it doesn't work. Wish they had 2 instead of one.
