Car wash only washed one side of the car, brought it to the attention of attendant Jazzy and he refused to acknowledge my complaint. Jazzy proceeded to kick me out of gas station and told me “to never return again ever”

Finally a nice touch-less car wash and a good price. Leaves small amounts of soap in the crevices of the car but is worth it for the lack of swirl marks.

Careful with the air machine for the tires , it has a very short hose that can not properly reach the entire length of your car,, due to this defect it has torn the tire air valves on my two cars on two different ocassions, costing me a lot of money to change the sensor and tire valves, so beware that hose is too short and the tension will rupture your valve on tire if it snaps out, beware!!!

Never go to Shell in Noroton. Bad car wash and WORST customer service experience I have had in a long time. I go and get my car washed there and the attendant was rude during checkout. Then I get my car wash and my car gets white specs all over it from the soap. It looks worse than it did when I brought it there.I call and let the station know and they tell me to come back to get it washed again. After no apologies and the two attendance scoffing at my complaint, they gave me another ticket to get it washed again. Then the car wash did not work at all. Didn’t even start. No apologies and again, the attendant was laughing in my face. I asked for my money back and they reluctantly gave it back to me cash and refused to refund it back on my credit card. I do not want cash because of Covid. And they refused to give it back to me on my credit card.So I left the gas station with dirty cash in my hand, my car looking worse than it did when I got there, 45 minutes of my day wasted, and no apology from anybody at the station.

I had an issue with my tire and he directed me to where to get it resolved, he was very helpful and friendly, he came out in the freezing cold to look at the tire and explain more intricately on what to do. Thanks again !

There is a TOUCHLESS car wash! These are so hard to find in the area. I prefer to wash my car myself, but I don't always find the time. I hate going to car washes that put your car on tracks that mess with your alignment or scratch you wheels, even if they are "hand wash" like Splash. And I really hate the tracked ones with machine brilo pads that was your car, I prefer to not have my clear coat all swirly!

This review is strictly for the car wash. It's a really convenient way to get your car washed quickly, but the end result is just ok. The wash is good, no man power - just machine, but the rinse is weak as there are streaks on my truck. In addition, the air dry doesn't get the back if you car is flat (i.e. Chevy Tahoe) so there was water left over. I'd rather spend a few extra bucks (this one was $10) to get a better wash.

Pull in around 9pm and looking for how to pay for car wash. As I'm driving the clerk stares me down like he wants to fight. Get some manners. They lost my business forever.
