I recently was in an unfortunate highway accident, and despite not getting the car fixed at this autoshop, I felt compelled to share my positive experience. We encountered a problem with our car window, and the staff here went out of their way to help us. Their sincerity and kindness were truly commendable. Although we had to go elsewhere for the actual repairs, I wanted to express my gratitude for their exceptional customer service.

They told me a direct price to fix the car. When I went to pick it up, they told me a much higher cost, almost double. They changed things that he had not asked for. The saddest thing is that I have known the owners for many years since childhood (Peru), and they told me that if I did not pay in full at that time, the car NEED stay in the workshop.My wife calls me and I gave her my card to pay for everything.I will NEVER come back, if that's how they acts with "friends" how will he be with other people?I will post this in all social media...to reach our country Peru,

If you want your vehicle to end up in a junk yard then take your car here. Brought it in for an oil change, and within a few months all the oil leaked out of the car. My daughter ended up driving the car without knowing resulting in significant damage to the engine. The worst part of this experience was that the owner, John, immediately denied any wrong doing as soon as we brought the car in and alerted him to the condition of the vehicle. His response even before inspecting the vehicle was, "There is probably a part broken." Avoid at all costs! Shoddy workmanship. No accountability. Expensive. Do not bring your car here!Services: General repairs & maintenance
