Janette at the Darien location is an angel. She is fabulous and I will always go back to her for my blood draws. I have a needle phobia and she handled me with compassion.

How do they run late on first appointments in the morning. Such a waste of time with advance appointment. I would rather drive a bit and not get aggravated sitting wasting time.

Wait times are terrible even with an appointment. It literally takes a worker 20 minutes to do one blood draw.

NOTE - THEY DO NOT TAKE WALK-INs.If you don’t have an appointment then everyone with an appointment is given priority over you. I am not sure why they say online they can take walk-ins.

I made an appointment for 9:40 online, and was in less then 10 minutes later. The blood work took less than 5 minutes and the phlebotomist was very nice.

You’ll think when you make an appointment is because they’ll see you at least close to the time of the appointment. If you want to be waiting for almost TWO HOURS! past your appointment time in a room with other 8 people that also have no idea when they are going to be called because no one goes to talk to you, this could be the place. They called 1 person, after 40 minutes of waiting standing in a room with 4 chairs. What a horrible experience….Edit: after waiting for MORE THAN 2 hours! I was told that the person in charge of my kind of test wasn’t there and that he “was on his “way”.Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else!
