I really enjoyed the classes here. The issue is the bump and grind, stick - my - d%$& -in-you lyrics they play while working out at all of these gyms. It's not even background music, it's like you're in a club. You can barely hear what the instructor is saying half the time because they don't bother to turn the stripper music down and they're trying to shout over it. And it can be kinda weird when you're working out with your legs spread wide and you make eye contact with someone staring at you while the excessively loud x rated lyrics are going. Eww...

I really would like to give this place 5 stars because the coaches and the classes are great. The blond husky woman at the front desk is very catty (as are many members here) and only acknowledges the people she wants to. I guess most places are like that when the staff isn't too motivated and has probably been there too long. Really liked the classes and the coaches, though! I would probably go to other locations before this one, though, for a friendlier vibe.

I love Orange Theory! I joined about 6 months ago and am in the best shape I’ve been in for years. The staff at the Darien location are amazing. I highly recommend OTF for anyone who is looking to improve their health and be part of a supportive community who makes working out fun!

I am so happy I decided to try Orange Theory Darien! All the staff and coaches are upbeat, helpful and welcoming. The workouts, layout and class schedule are really impressive. Yay for OT Darien❤️❤️❤️

Orange theory Darien got me back on track with my fitness. The coaches are super helpful and encouraging! I have progressed quickly and look forward to each workout. It’s a great environment as well.
