“I would return to this location for blood work any time based on my experience with Mary. She was extremely friendly, professional, fast, and courteous. This is the kind of care that should be mirrored my all health professionals.”
“Greenwich Blood Draw is more personal than Quest. There's actually a real, live person sitting at the desk, instead of an electronic sign in board that asks YOU to scan both sides of your driver's license, Medicaire or Midicaid card and Supplemental Insurance. There is plenty of Handicap Parking, and the elevator is right in front of you when you enter the building. Drop off is easy, too. What's not to like!? :))”

“Lovely place! Efficient and comfortable. I am afraid of needles and Adrián (unsure of spelling, a young phlebotomist on staff) put me right at ease. Bring a book!”
“Great service overall. I can’t say everyone will have the same care provider I did, but my experience was great. She was super calming, didn’t have to poke around to find my vein, talked to me while I was sitting there.”
“The Quest Diagnostics location I visited offers a functional check-in process, but there are a few ergonomic and accessibility concerns that could impact customer comfort. The kiosk’s screen is positioned relatively low, which forces users to bend down, creating potential strain on the back, neck, and shoulders. While this may not affect everyone, it could lead to discomfort, especially for those who need to spend extra time interacting with the kiosk. Additionally, the setup doesn’t offer much room for movement, making it less comfortable for anyone who has to stand for a while, particularly individuals with mobility challenges.
To improve the experience for all customers, including those with physical limitations or in wheelchairs, Quest Diagnostics could introduce solutions like adjustable-height screens. A dedicated kiosk for wheelchair users, or a more inclusive design that allows all customers to comfortably reach and use the screen, would be a significant improvement. These changes would benefit everyone, creating a more accessible and comfortable environment for those with specific needs, while also enhancing the overall experience for individuals without mobility concerns. A well-thought-out ergonomic design would ensure that every visitor feels comfortable and valued during their visit.
Staff wise: friendly, approachable and professional!”
“Janette at the Darien location is an angel. She is fabulous and I will always go back to her for my blood draws. I have a needle phobia and she handled me with compassion.”
