I can't express enough gratitude for the knowledgeable and kind service I consistently get from both the sales and service department at Darien Land Rover. Every employee I've interacted with has been there for years which probably says something utterly remarkable about the upper management and executives involved. In my 30 years of car buying I have never experienced this level of class. This isn't hyperbole: This is the best dealership in the United States.

Have been driving a Range Rover for 40 years. All my cars have been purchased at Land Rover Darian and as much as I love the cars the main reason I continue to purchase there is because of their incredible service department. Hassle free, personal and professional they make me feel like part of the family. Always taking time to go another extra mile to make sure I’m satisfied. THE Best!! working with Steve In the Darien location was such a pleasure! not only professional but very informative and knows his stuff. I was never kept waiting and he was able to answer all my questions promptly. I know that if you’re looking for a Jaguar or Range Rover He’s the one to call and get it done.

Joe in Service and Allen in Sales was GREAT! I would not go anywhere else to purchase or service my vehicle. Joe was on top of things all the way and Allen could not have been more helpful and accommodating! Top notch professional service from everyone. I highly recommend Land Rover of Darien.

Whatever my reason for interacting with Land Rover Darien, it’s always a positive experience. The staff couldn’t be nicer and more informative. I recently had my car serviced and Rob kept me in the loop, doing all that he could to get my car back to me on a timely fashion. Plus I received a video explaining what was done! This team is the best of the best!!

Our Range Rover was run into on the highway and needed to be seen quickly to ensure it was safe to drive. I explained the situation to the service dept at Darien and their answer was: we’ll see you in three weeks…. Ummm… excuse me? I told them, we’re a Land Rover family, but you will lose our business forever if you leave us high and dry right now. Their response: we don’t care. I even gave them a chance to have the manager call me back, thinking to myself, “maybe the person on the phone is having a bad day… surely the manager will care about losing a customer like this…”. Nope. By the time he called back a week later, to tell me it was still going to be a couple of weeks, we had already taken it into the White Plains dealer where they understood the urgency of the situation and gave us great service quickly. They’re our dealership now.

Rob was amazing help, getting things process for my discovery. I was treated with respect, and he was very understanding on what I needed done on my vehicle. Very efficient on getting things done. He answer the phone, and returns calls back asap. I'm very highly satisfied on how the process went on taking care of my vehicle. Thank you Rob again on the short notice stuff. Had a great experience working with Steve Cavanagh! He sat with us for hours patiently showing us all the options and helping us select all the features for our Defender. He also provides solid follow up assistance with the car. Also, Donald Shelden gave us a thorough understanding of all insurance options and helped us select a package that works well for our specific needs.

Moved to the region recently and needed a car. I was looking for a Defender and Land Rover Darien had a good selection. Made an appt with Luke C and he was well informed and knowledgeable about the car and its features. After a test drive we left and I called the next day to place a down payment on the vehicle. Because I woudnt be closing on my home for a month we scheduled for just after the closing. By the time we arrived the car was prepped and ready, little time spent with the business rep and we were ready to go in about 20 minutes. Fantastic car and experience

Attentive communicative and resolved the problem in a timely manner. They provide a video of the car during the processing, and keep you informed and updated before any work is done. The car is returned cleaned and fixed.
