Have been going to Jade for several years now and always have a pleasant experience. The technicians are excellent and pay attention to every detail. The massages are the best too! Highly recommend.

Very nice place! It was my first time going here and they were very sweet and efficient! Pretty good price for just a manicure (especially since almost everything is usually quite expensive in Darien). Very nice atmosphere and it was very calm and quiet in there which I appreciated as well!

Atmosphere is beautiful. Lighting is kind to the eyes. Plants in the window. Several people greet you when you walk in. All very kind. Nails look great. Place is clean. Ample parking in back.

Two weeks ago I got a great manicure so I made an appointment for a mani/pedi yesterday. The manicure was good although they do not soak the nails. The manicurist did not know that I was to get a pedi as well and seemed annoyed when I told her, Pedi started off ok, until she used a callous scraper that was not sanitary. She barely went over my whole heel. Then she cut off the rest of the pedi and just polished. When I was drying she came over to me and told me next time to just book a mani with her and have someone else do my pedi. Since moving to CT six months ago, I have not been able to get a good pedi. I would never go back to this rude establishment.

Once and that was enough. Deliberate ‘discrimination” against an elderly gentleman and his caregiver (a black man). And my pedicure was sloppy and like an assembly line.

I was told it would be a 15 minute wait ... no problem. An elderly gentleman came in shortly after with his caregiver. They were told I would be an hour, so they left. Another 5 minutes went by and another person (white middle class woman ...probably Darien?) and was hold 15 minutes. She did not have an appointment. They continued to take several women, only one looked to be a reservation. After about 30 to 40 minutes, the elderly gentleman's caregiver (a black man, though it shouldn't matter, to check. The person "in charge", though she claimed she was not the manager, tried to put him off. I interrupted to ask whether they had a problem with male clients. She got flustered. I pointed out (loud enough for several to hear) that several women had been taken before the elderly gentleman. Finally she said she would take him in 5 minutes. Do not know whether this behavior was because the client was a male, elderly, or because his caregiver was black. In any case, this behavior was unacceptable! I apologized to the caregiver. I was embarrassed. (My pedicure was not even that good ... cheap and just get it done. Will not go back and will not recommend to anyone.

Great place, very cute inside. Extremely nice employees and they take walk-in’s. I got in right away. Not too busy which I like. Prices are on the mid tier for places I have been, but they aren’t crazy expensive.

I had a lovely pedicure, the atmosphere was very nice and all the staff were lovely. However I had a lovely service and then at the end while my nails were drying she asked if she could massage me for 10 min - I have been to many places where they offer a massage after free of change (just a tip for the massage) after she charged me $15 for it. It kinda bummed me out and turned my nice relaxing services into me being annoyed. Maybe it was naive of me to think it was free but every other places I've ever been gives a complimentary massage after.
