Caroline help me as soon as I enter the store and helped me in the buying of my I phone, she was very professional knows her job well had patience, also Emmanuel the manager of the store was awesome very professional extremely helpful always new what I wanted and need it being my first time buying a I phone, as well as Jonathan very helpful took good care of me and resolve my issues. I have to say that the entire staff are well train by their manager and you can tell that they love what they do and they do it well, they all have excellent customer service and are all very respectful they make you feel comfortable and they take good care of you they multi task and I love it . The technician was cordial, professional, did everything to my satisfaction and left as though no one had ever been here except my new fiber internet was chugging away. I know I've read bad things about Frontier installation but this was the exact opposite. Kudos to the tech who did this.”
