Excellent proactive and pleasant customer service provided at the check out counter by Ms. Rubina. She noticed I had activated a discount coupon on my membership account and gave that without my request. Thank you

You can’t speak to a live person and no one calls you back after leaving a message. Plus, if they don’t have your script they make you wait rather than finding another pharmacy that has it. Very very frustrating

The worst customer service! I was asking a simple question and the lady that was helping me rolled her eyes and had the worst attitude ever!
