They don’t answer the phone. So calls get routed to customer service that aren’t capable of addressing issues specific to a branch. Customer service just hangs up when they transfer to the branch.

The most inefficient branch you could ever go to. Completing a transaction is always time consuming. Customer service could be better.

Horrible service. Other places have common curiosity. Not common accusations. Ridiculous

I recently asked for a simple service, a medallion signature guarantee that Chase Bank provides for their customers. I have been a customer of Chase Bank for 25+ years. I have several hundred thousand dollars in the bank. I needed the signature guarantee to transfer money from my work 401(k) to my brokerage account at another institution. Chase refused to do this for me even though I have been a loyal customer of theirs for several decades. Of course they would give me the signature stamp if I was transferring my money to their bank and they would give me a signature guarantee stamp for other transactions. I'm not sure why they would refuse service to me, I even offered to pay for it.I am thinking of closing my account there. Typical big bank. They are using my money to loan out to their customers and giving me zero point nothing percent interest on my money.

ZERO STARS. BEWARE! Until today my wife and I have been banking with Chase for over a decade with no issues. Today my wife's accounts and our joint account were closed WITH NO REASON GIVEN. You would think if they are going to completely paralyze you financially that they might provide a phone call or email. But NO! Their Private Client group calls me constantly to request that I move my business accounts to Chase. I guess they have the time to make sales calls but don't have the time to provide minimal service to their existing accounts. Now my wife is stranded in NYC with no way to get home because all of her accounts are closed/restricted. I will be driving in shortly to pick her up. I went to this branch for help and nobody could provide a reason. If this was not enough, Chase also closed the accounts of our Nanny and our 13 year old daughter. So think twice before you open an account at Chase, you are probably better off keeping your money under your mattress. At least you will have access to your money.

I have a mortgage and deposit accounts at this bank and my son has an auto loan. We both came to this branch to have my name added to the auto loan as my son is moving out of the country and he needs me to sell his car. A Power of Attorney was required, which we brought with us. We were told the notary at the branch wouldn't notarize the form because it required 2 witness signatures. I saw three other employees with no customers, but they still wouldn't help. I couldn't believe it! We were sent away to find another notary, so we went to another bank where we don't have ANY accounts, greeted kindly while we were in line and immediately was provided the notary service. The agent gave us his business card and I'm considering moving my accounts to the new bank as customer service is my #1 priority and we didn't get it at this Chase branch.
