From the time my wife and I got into the dealership we were greeted with friendly employees. The sales person Tyler was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us get the best out of the deal. The finance manager also took the time to get the best loan for the vehicle we were financing. Overall, this experience was very positive therefore, my wife and I would definitely recommend this BMW dealership located in Darien CT.

This is my first Google review, and unfortunately, it's because this dealership left me completely disappointed. I went in for an appointment to check out an X5M. After arriving on time, I was greeted by an older salesman named Chris. When I asked him to tell me a bit about the car (since I’ve never owned a BMW), he gave me no information. During the test drive, he only warned me not to ‘deep throttle’ the car because it’s fast—what’s the point of a sporty SUV if I can’t test it? He barely said anything, except to point out where the police station was, warning me about speeding tickets.
When I asked about the car’s packages, he claimed the system was down and couldn’t give me any details, flipping through the handbook but offering no real answers. After the test drive, he locked the car and left me standing there. I asked if I could look around the car more, and he said ‘ok,’ but didn’t even bother unlocking the doors! And heads up—there were personal belongings in the car, which makes me think they’re using it for their daily commutes.
At the end, no effort was made to actually discuss a deal or value my trade-in. He just handed me a business card and walked away. At least the salesman at another dealership, who was trying to sell me an M5, asked what he could do to earn my business and my thoughts on the trade-in value. Honestly, it was a terrible experience. If you want to be ignored and left in the dark about your potential purchase, I highly recommend this place!

All around great experience with BMW Darien. My service advisor Jaime kept me updated on progress every step of the way. My car was in and out quicker than expected and they made after hours pick up very simple. Absolutely recommend!!
