The Darien location is not interested in any customer service. So don't waste your time in bad customer service or bad accounting and over charge at the checkout. Online ordering is the most convenient and civilized experience. Hopefully, a Sephora or an Ulta can take over this real estate and help Blue Mercury go total digital. A local independent bookstore will be a great choice at this location as well.

Amazing store and shopping experience. Magui was so helpful, knowledgeable about active ingredients and helped us find the best products for our skin concerns. Loved her and this spot.

The Blue Mercury near me caters to and affluent area. The looks I got from some of the staff, dressed in jeans and a t-shirt was somewhat unacceptable. Not that I have the money for the $200 eye creme but happy to spend some. I felt like it was scene from Pretty Woman. Please don't judge a book by its cover.

Bluemercury Darien, is a friendly and well staffed store. A lovely lady Claudine,listened and addressed my needs, didn't push. In fact gave she had given me samples to try, for my sensitive skin that has gone through major distress. She Showed us around and reviewed all the new make up collection that were in the store forVery pleasant. Bluemercury, Darien is happy place to shop, very glad to have this store in our town. We will be back.

Rude staff can't be bothered to help you because it would interrupt their social hour. Ended up leaving with no purchase to go spend my money at the Westport store where the staff is top notch. In fact, in the area there are several other Bluemercury locations. No need to go to Darien.

I love make up and skincare and I love Blue Mercury. The people who work at both Westport locations and many I've frequented in NYC are lovely and friendly and helpful. The opposite is true for the Darien location -- the people who work here are unhelpful, unfriendly and rude, always. Go to another location to avoid an unpleasant experience.

The customer service was very poor! The women who helped my niece and I was extremely rude. I took my niece there to get her some makeup and possibly a makeover but was appalled by the workers lack of thought. She didn't care to assist us and we were quickly dismissed. Now I've been a customer at Blue Mercury for many years and have never been treated like this. My niece was so excited to get her first makeup set and we left very disappointed. I will not be going back and will take my business elsewhere!

Standing outside the store as I write this. I arrived 12 mins before closing time. I just needed to pick up some Oribe shampoo & conditioner before a holiday trip. They are closed. The guy stood there smiling at me from inside the store as I tried both doors. Why don't they just post their closing time as 6pm instead of 7pm if they plan to close early? GRRRRRRRRR!!!!! Good news!! CVS now carries Oribe Hair Care products do you don't have to go to Blue Mercury for it! Yay!!
