I typically give "a job well done" 4 stars. Wally Heredia clearly deserves 5 stars because he patiently heard my ideas, offered his expert advice, and then worked WITH me to implement the best of both. It was a pleasure having Wally in our home. The two stair-lifts are just right. Thanks, Wally!!
