Was very helpful and understanding when I had brought in my Xs to replace the screen protector, the products have changed since then and initially didn’t think it was a Zagg product. After looking up my account she was very courteous about her apology and replaced it as well as informing me of the other services and options available, of which I elected for a few.

When I got my phone almost 3 years ago, I got my screen protector here. I didn’t need a replacement until recently. I was worried that, since it had been so long, they wouldn’t honor the warranty providing a $10 replacement, but they did with no hesitation whatsoever. They found my account with my phone number easily and replaced the screen protector. My sister, who has always used phone cases with a built in screen protector until she accidentally ordered one without, got a screen protector as well. Between the two of us, this all took about 10 minutes. The screen protectors are about $10 more than the retail price you’d find at a store for the same brand/quality, but to get them put on perfectly and to have a cheap replacement for as long as you have the phone makes it worth it to me.

Matheus, was very friendly and professional. It was so amazing, I came in to get a screen protector, I had brought one some time ago. Ididnt realize that I had warranty on my purchase. So, I did pay a lesser price because of the warranty. You can't beat that, friendly service and an automatic warranty on a screen protector when you purchase.

Samantha was very good! She treated me like #1 customer of ZAGG! She was kind and very polite. Offering me a cleaning of my iPhone for the low price of $5. It included all the port’s being done, The screen and the space around it. Nelson was also there. He treated me the same respect Samantha gave me. Plus they put up with my corny behavior with laughter. I enjoyed my experience at ZAGG and am completely satisfied with the all around visit. I originally came for replacement of the screen protectors for my iPhone and iPad. Other then the $5 cleaning they didn’t try to pressure me to buy others things. I was very happy about that. Thank you so much Samantha & NELSON!

I’ve always gone to this ZAGG kiosk. Always had screen protectors placed my phones and IPads taken care of there.They always honored the warranty without fail. Great place to put screen protectors on your devices.

Danny is amazing. Super kind and patient. I asked him to make sure all the specs were out from under my screen protector and he made sure it was exactly how I wanted it before I left. I asked him a couple times to redo it and he did it without complaining or grumbling. I really appreciated it especially since I knew I was asking for a lot.

ZAGG is the best! I break my screen protector a lot! And they fix it!! Today they suggested a better phone protector! They cleaned out the dust! Replaced the screen protector!! All for a reasonable price! They are ALWAYS nice and helpful!!
