So disappointing. We switched four lines over at the beginning of the year and we’re promised $100 gift card for each line that we switched over. It is now almost June and they have not mailed our gift cards and every time I call the company I’ve been lied to or hung up on, I highly recommend you do not switch to this company, the customer service is terrible all around and the person at the desk at the Danbury store lied to our face and told us that we would be getting $100 gift cards from Visa for this switch

Sorry but no other way to describe it. Xfinity sucks! Way over priced. Not sure why they are more expensive than a car payment. Oh the motto is give them more and they will pay us more. WOW!

Hope this review helps prevent other consumers from dealing with the headaches that we've had to deal with.
DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. NOT SURE IF ALL XFINITY IS THIS INCOMPETENT, but Cindy and her direct manager/supervisor are incompetent to the point they can't even fix their own mistakes, passing you off to Xfinity's "customer service."
Cindy signed us up for a plan that included an upgrade for a phone back in Oct 2023. She placed the incorrect order - ordering the iPhone pro max 15 with 256 GB storage, not 512 GB. Within 2 days of receiving the phone, I found out this mistake of hers and we immediately addressed it with her. She advised we needed to go through Xfinity to correct her mistake. Fast forward 7 months, more than 1/2 dozen phone calls to Xfinity - each lasting between 45 mins and 2 hours, being bounced between reps and supervisors, and STILL, they have not sent the correct phone (iPhone 15 pro max 512 MB), stating that we hadn't returned my original iPhone 12 pro max (I can't return it as it had ALL my files, etc. could not be transferred onto the iPhone 15 pro 256 MB due to lack of storage space). After getting nowhere with Xfinity via their "customer service" line, my husband finally insisted that the supervisor at Xfinity Danbury correct this in February - she confirmed she would fix it. After not receiving the phone within the time she advised, we called Xfinity to find out that she canceled the order! The level of incompetence is stifling at this location. Side note - we are being charged the full price for the upgraded phone now because we have not returned my old phone, which I obviously can't return considering the incorrect phone that was ordered by Cindy does not allow the transfer of all the contents of my old phone. I'm not even able to do a software update due to the lack of storage!
ADDENDUM TO ORIGINAL RESPONSE
The "Response from the owner" solidifies the lack of attention with your pre-generated, copy-paste "Response from the owner" to consumer issues and feedback - I just left an entire write-up stating my experience. Incompetence PROVEN!
Go elsewhere, perspective consumers!

The place is completely torn-up, probably remodeling; that said I got my business done quickly. All good for me.

Xfinity telling me I need to pay them to find out what I am paying for.... meaning I pay $254 a month and can't afford it. So I am looking to get a different package. A person across the hall pays $100 less. This company wants to charge me to get this info. PS have tried for weeks to speak to a person and CAN'T

Tbe store from front desk greeter/ scheduler to the staff assisting us to other staff were all friendly and very helpful. A well run store with customer-focused staff. A very positive experience (especially when compared against other cable provider stores I have dealt with over the years).

Employees helpful, especially the male at the front desk! The female was a tad gruff and ready to dismiss me without looking up my acct. This is parse n parcel for the company. It does not want to help customers they are just a hard core money machine. The prices are outrageous. Why am I paying for sports channels when I don't watch it? It is a small example. Their phone tree sucks 100%!!!! U can never get a human! They were ok 12 yrs ago when I moved into the area now they're just a conglomerate!

The actual data service and some of the hardware are actually top notch. The problem is that even the Home Techs must now connect to foreign centers, which are terrible. Comcast is trying to do everything by remote control, and all the back office has been farmed out abroad. The call system is the nightmare. All problems, no matter how many times you call on single case, begins with restart (even when that does not work). DO NOT buy their hardware. Even the home techs cannot services it, and must access via the owners mobile device. I went through a 3 month nightmare trying to return modems, extenders, and back up systems (all Xfinity branded and purchased at a Comcast office) after 2 home techs could not make the system work with their own Xfinity XB8 modem. It is a broken ecosystem due mainly to a horrible customer service structure which is hated by the store managers and home service tech's alike.

I don't have an internet signal, I call and make an appointment with a technician and it's always cancelled, there's no point in going to the store, it's interfering with my studies and work. They never solve your problem, I don't recommend it.
