“The woman with the long hair in the Baby Gap section was incredibly helpful and is fantastic with kids! My 7 month old was starting to get tired and cranky, but this sales associate brought a smile to his face and made him laugh. We needed a dressier outfit for him and she showed us the options they had in store in his size. My son is tall, so we were looking for something in size 12-18. Some of the dress shirts had buttons that could be dangerous for a 7 month old. She brought it to our attention, which we were very grateful for. We ended up finding a polo for him and a lot of other cute items. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely return. The only thing that could be improved would be more sizes in stock.”
“There’s none in my area, so I go here time to time. You can find something for anyone when looking for a gift. This is my “go-to” store when I need a cheap item for someone with a small budget. It’s worth the drive here.”

“I have not been to the Banana Republic store at the Danbury Mall for awhile until last week when I was just looking around in the Mens department for a gift idea, I was approached by friendly staffs if I needed help and offered suggestions, the merchandise selection were a bit limited but nicely presented which made it easy to see everything, I really liked the music they were playing in the background that was upbeat yet soothing and not too loud which created a positive vibe for me to stay longer than some of the other stores I quickly walked in and out. Overall I enjoyed my experience here and will return soon.”
“Such a great experience today finding the right size pants. I was feeling discouraged because I couldn’t find the right size in two stores I already been in. She was quick to help and bring me her suggestions. She made me so comfortable and I left a happy customer. She also went above and beyond and entertained my children. I wish I could remember her name because she mentioned it twice. I want to say like Vanessa or something (Sunday around 12). I will be back for more!”
“I don't typically leave reviews but I had a great experience here. I recently went in for the first time and had my hair cut by Jessica. It was great! She was friendly, down to earth, took the time to listen to what I wanted, and even gave me tips to help style myself at home. The rest of the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient and the facilities were very clean. I would recommend this salon to everyone.”
“If you’re looking for cozy loungewear, Aerie is the perfect place to shop. It’s refreshing to see a store that focuses on comfortable basics—ones that can be easily adapted for a casual day out, working out, or vacation wear. Unfortunately, it’s disappointing that in increasing their attention to fashion, Aerie now has such a limited selection in terms of bras and underwear. They used to have several styles of bras to choose from but now most everything is sold online.I have to agree somewhat with the other reviewers that the customer service isn’t exactly what it used to be. Similar to its American Eagle brethren, Aerie is an independent shopping experience—you get help only when you ask for it.The fitting rooms are unnaturally dark and were a tad messy when I visited on a Saturday afternoon, but I can’t deny the quality and fit of their activewear line. Everything was stunning. And while the prices shouldn’t be taken lightly, nothing is unreasonable, and nothing is “too trendy.” Aerie is staple shopping at its finest.”
