horrible experience i went to return a dress that was a “special occasion dress” the lady who told me that it was a special occasion dress when i bought it didnt make it clear that i couldn’t return the dress. the cashiers aren’t friendly and the woman who told me i couldn’t return it when i came back 2 days later with a receipt was really rude and the store has overall the dumbest policies. very inconvenient and frustrating i will not be back here

Hello, I want to report the windsor store inside of your mall as they have tried scamming me both of the 2 times I've went in there on seperate occasions, scanning items multiple times and only fixing it when I tell them they scanned my items multiple times and not saying anything then telling me to pay again, I spoke to some of my friends who also have went there and they did the same exact thing to them, I noticed the girl working there wasnt going to scan my item multiple times until the manager walked behind her and whispered something to her about me having money and then she scanned my item again. My friends have been overcharged and only noticing after they check the receipt and the store manager refuses to accept any responsibility.

The “manager” did not wanted to change a shirt that I bought in another Windsor store exactly one month ago and it is torn. I showed her the receipt and she simply did not feel like returning my money or changing the product. Extremely bad management.

After the first horrible experience I vowed never to go back, unfortunately I had no choice am no time to go to a different mall . This store and it’s management are terrible people. It was empty inside the store and all the associates were just standing around . No one could help me and when I asked they were rude and obnoxious. Trying to get a fitting room was impossible. They stalked me and even accused me of stealing saying I had a shirt in my hands and no longer have it ! How dare they I’m 62 yrs old ! I will be calling corporate.

Went to this store to look for a dress for my daughter to wear to her 8th graduation. Although they didn't have much in her size I would just go back for the customer service alone. The manager and her staff were very friendly even though they had customers being rude and driving them crazy! Spent some time talking to a few employees and the manager and would definitely go back because of their customer service alone! People need to realize during the busy season staff can only do so much and aren't miracle workers. Thank you for all your help!

Yesterday afternoon 6/9/23.. I went there and asked the cashier if I can use a fitting room , was rude and said to me the doors are open (blonde girl) after that I decided to try to open the large fitting room (reminder not a handicap and I was in the line) its for a family fitting room.. the manager ( Blonde lady)... comes up to me and says that I can't use it and to stand in the line .. she was rude (reminder also the girl behind me said to me you can take my spot and I said to her its ok ) I went up to her and told her that I was an employee there and that I never refused a costumer to use the fitting rooms.. she said to me that I was cutting the line and that the room is for handicap(large fitting room) .. I said to her that the fitting room is for people who have kids and its provided for them and for everybody.. its against the law to refuse a costumer .. very disappointed with the management ... the manager also refuse to give me her name .. I also believe she is races due to how she was treating a Latina.. thanks to her my daughter had a panic attack , crying for being in a small room

This store has really made a comeback! The manager, Tanya, is the BEST! She was so attentive and friendly. I went in for something to wear to my family Thanksgiving dinner. Tanya and Divena were so helpful and made sure I left with the perfect outfit. This store has quickly become one of my favorite stores in the mall! It has really turned around in the past year.

Horrible customer service. No one was available to help with anything because there were only TWO employees in the whole store on a Saturday afternoon! One dressing room had to be closed, resulting in a line 15-20 people deep, and god forbid you took too long in the dressing room! Line to checkout was from the middle of the store to the entrance. I hope I never have to go back there. Yes, dresses are affordable but not worth the aggravation.

Says your open, you are supposed to be open, lights on, 3 employees hanging out with the doors locked at 5pm on a Saturday with a posted 10pm closing time. You are in violation of your lease and have been reported to the general manager of the mall. I know you did this yesterday too, so enjoy your $400 in fines and I’ll be calling headquarters as well. Hope it was worth it. I expect some sort of compensation for my wasted 45 minute ride for a return only to find you having a siesta so you can leave early to go party.

Horrible service, the manager said that they would open BACK UP at 6pm when we got there at 4, the manager was holding up the door instead of working on the floor which could have resolved their “short of staff “ issue, when we came back after wasting 2 hours of our time because I really needed a dress for homecoming, they were not open, there was about 20-30 people waiting for the store to open as they had said to all of them that they would open at 6. Fast forward to waiting 30 minutes at the door, they did not open. Horrible service, this is the 3rd time they close before schedule.

The store is supposed to open at 11a on Sundays and is still not open at 11:31. The keyholder of the store had a very rude attitude towards the customers waiting and security that was trying to figure out when the store would open. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of the customer experience.

Closed 5 hours early, 3 employees inside hanging out and just shrugging with their hands in the air when you try to get in. They were closed mid-day yesterday as well, same scenario. Reported to the general manager of the mall so enjoy your $400 in fines. And I’ll be contacting your corporate office as well. UPDATE: I made a third 45 minute trip into the mall on a day that they decided to open their doors, lucky me. However, I was told “oops”, you are on the 14th day of our return policy and you can’t get your money back. Tried dehumanizing me by telling me the store was closed because someone who works there lost a child and I should be more sympathetic. The only problem with that is I read Facebook posts about the doors being closed and locked during business hours, periodically, for weeks. I’ll be reporting this business to the BBB and FTC. Your corporate store tells me it’s not a problem at all to make the return, your store is completely incompetent, dishonest, and unprofessional.

This store was the most horrible experience I have ever had at a Windsor. The dressing rooms were a mess and the heat was blasting for no reason. On top of that, there was no one there directing the dressing rooms so it was basically a free for all where people were taking each other’s dresses and stealing each other’s fitting rooms because they employees did not have a care in the world. Then when I finally found a dress, I sat in line for 30 minutes while one lady checked everyone out. You would think, coming from someone who works in customer service at a store, that it it was busy that she would put a little speed in her work but no. She took her sweet time checking people out and took about 10 minutes to check each person out even though they each had 1 dress only. There was only three other people in front of me when we first joined the line and that fact that it took almost 40 minutes to get through was concerning. When I finally got up to the register they told me that they couldn’t find the tag for me dress and pulled me off to the side and made me wait for another 10 minutes while they tried to figure it out which I wouldn’t have minded if the shift leader wasn’t ignoring us and not communicating with the customers. All the employees in the store are completely ignorant and do not care about the customers. I get that it’s a minimum wage job but at least put a little effort into helping others.
