I came here for a walk in tour a couple of weeks ago, and I loved it here. I am planning to move and relocate to ct and this apartment is perfect for my needs. Madhur took me on a tour and she is so sweet and friendly. She helped me mentally vision how everything will look like in my "new home". Was very glad that I decided to come and tour here. Madhur made my experience wonderful.

I came in without an appointment and took a tour with Madhur. I have seen multiple apartments and have been in contact with multiple communities and their leasing offices, this is by far the most positive experience. Madhur was super friendly, patient and good at explaining details. It can be a lot all at once. I will be in touch about further talking about potentially living here.

Very, very poor experience at this apartment complex. To keep this summary brief/honest, all of the previously posted negative reviews are true. I would put further emphasis on the deceptive costs, both utility and administrative. You oftentimes end up paying 50-70% more in monthly rent than originally expected/quoted based on the hidden charges that come with this place.I have steered several friends away from Willow Grove, and will continue to do so in the future. Cannot possibly recommend based on my experience.

This place is a joke. I HIGHLY suggest not moving to this complex. Car break ins. Strange men looking into your windows. No security. Residents don't have a backbone for the community. The management BOZZUTO are amateur. Turnover is extensive - they will jack your rent $500-$700 on renewal. Scam operation. Don't believe anything they tell you. They will destroy your credit if you've paid them. The most dysfunctional operation. Look at the reviews.

Our tour today was awesome Jared who showed us around the property was a delightful person to speak with. He was very knowledgeable of the property as well as the application process. Along with Melissa and Brittany willow Grove has a great staff and my wife and I can't wait to be a part of their community.

For any newcomers sort the reviews by “most recent”. This place was excellent until the property manager quit on a moments notice. They have since hired 3 different property managers. The turnover rate is high, obviously there’s a problem with management if they can’t keep someone. All the most recent reviews are accurate. This place is not “luxury”. For anyone new moving in have fun getting your rent raised $500 a month after a year. We moved out in August and are still trying to get our deposit back. They sent half the deposit back with no explanation why. I had to reach out to them and now they said they would send another check for the remaining over a month ago. Best of luck to anyone still renting at Willow Grove.

After living here for 10 months, we received a notice that our rent for a 1 bdrm was being raised $400/month to renew our 12 mo. lease. In our short time here we experienced numerous issues including toxic lawn care sprayings without notice to residents (our dog came in from the yard with neon yellow-stained paws), maintenance denying to fix issues until called back 3-4 times, and erroneous charges on our account that were never handled even after move-out. I would not recommend moving into a unit here unless you are planning to stay for a very short while. It is clear the community is only pet-friendly in order to secure a $600 non-refundable pet fee. Additionally, what became apparent from the revolving door of neighbors we had, is that background checks or references are not run on prospective tenants.

Top cost, low quality! Willow Grove served its purpose through a pandemic, also taking into consideration the market is currently so high priced, but the highly maintained landscaping is just to create the illusion this is a luxury, modern apartment community. Popcorn ceilings, poor lighting, mold from previous water damage, old appliances, noisy neighbors, no security, stolen cars frequently litter the property, car break-ins, strangers from other nearby developments using the pool, and a resident was bit by a dog on the property. Rent increases substantially annually and utilities such as gas and electric are *extremely* exorbitant because of inadequate insulation and thermostats, requiring frequent work orders without resolution... especially if you don't want to freeze through the winter renting a loft apartment. The colossal gall and mitigated nerve to even charge an *additional* $250/year amenity fee for a pool that is not open all summer and a sad, antiquated gym. The previous management recently left after 10 years and new mgmt. is substandard to say the least; including maintenance staff is only 1 person utilized for the entire establishment. Use your money on a *new* apartment somewhere else and save yourself.

I went to the leasing office on Tuesday to speak about a letter requesting from Eversource to enter my apartment to change their gas meter equipment. I called Eversource to explain this is something that should be communicated to Willow Grove. They didn't seem understand again as over the past we received this letter, saying they would cut our gas if we didn't comply. This call to Eversource was last Friday the 16th. Tuesday the 20th gave the letterto Rachel ( she was covering the office that day. ) and she assured me that she would look into it. She called my husband that afternoon after speaking with Eversource , solving the issue to our SURPRISE.!!!. Thank you Rachel for your quick response. You not only listened to my frustration, you were professional and Bozzuto is fortunate to employ you. Thanks again! Pamela @ Gilbert Vazquez.

This place is going downhill and fast. This place doesn't really care about it residents and it shows. The only thing they care is when we pay over $2,500/month to feed their mouths. Gym is nothing to brag about and if we are able to use the pool 1 month per year is a lot considering the fact we pay an extra $250/year we deserve more. We need management to step up and give us some more to feel appreciated, maintenance staff needs to be better too, lately they don't care if one of their appliances breaks the attitude is when we get to it we get to it. Overall this place deserved 5 stars 4 yrs ago when I moved here but now deserves 1/2 star at best. Lot's more to complain about but if anyone is looking to move here steer clear. Only reason I stayed is because the market is too high priced at the moment.

This is a nice property and the office staff are very helpful. But be aware of the Rental Application Third Party company RentGrow, Inc. Their application is not clear, and their conclusions are not trustworthy, incorrect, and they will negatively impact your credit. This can be very damaging to renters looking for leases - especially if they actually do qualify, but a Third Party company misleads landlords. What happened to the good old fashioned application to the landlord. Third Party application companies should not have control of this process.

This place is not luxury. Raising rents $400-500 to renew. So many residents have been unhappy with new management. They have one maintenance guy for all.the units. Most residents are empty nesters. The staff left after 10 years recently. Why? The new management staff have neglected the property - landscape - not addressing issues - the lack of respect for our community has gone downhill the last two years. One resident got bit by a German shepherd. They let the dogs go into the pool - they do nothing to ease the residents right to quiet enjoyment. You can hear your neighbor's conversations - the obnoxious display of LUXURY does not exist at Willow Grove!

RENTERS BEWARE:This place is NOT Luxury and neither is the management company. New management staff is horrific. Residents are mortified. Extremely high priced. Popcorn ceilings. Management is HORRIFIC- Gas and Electric is OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE- you can hear your neighbors. They don’t clean up the property - most tenants are miserable. Apartments are COLD. Old appliances. Assisted living bathrooms from 1970. Snakes everywhere. Bugs enter through cracked walls. Need I go on?
