Nice staff. Seems clean. Some clientele, as happens in Downtown Danbury seemed sketchy. (Why was that woman looking in my dryer announcing what she saw, "that's a lot of socks and towels in there", if she wasn't shopping?)When I used their drop-off service, last month, which is good at $1/lbs, "someone stole" my ikea laundry bag. According to staff. I was assured the owner would call me. No one did. I feel staff blaming a customer, when they should have assumed responsibility, was unprofessional. What should have been the solution? Give me $5 back, so I can mail order the replacement, and chalk it up to a business expense. Instead they ignored me after the incident. The whole deal cost them two stars. With another laundry place two blocks further away, perhaps, it will cost them a customer.A second incident, where my drop-off laundry was not ready when they said. I called later and they asked if I needed it today. It was 4 hours after I dropped it off, and 2 hours after they said it would be ready. They said they were closed already. Since I live across the street I headed over. When I walked in I saw my completed laundry, and they were still open. I asked what time they closed, I was told in one hour. I suspect they had "communication issues" with me and just said yes or no when I dropped off the clothes, and twice called. That's not always the case here, but I can't do business like that. No one should have to.I now go to Supreme Cleaners for more money, but they treat me right.

They're stand-offish, argumentative when they're misleading signs are pointed out to them, and try to undermine your intelligence like you can't comprehend English. Don't go there!

Heated and air conditioned. Can use credit or debit card. Sufficient space that I've never had to wait. I usually come on dollar off days tho. Tuesday - Thursday. 9:00-5:00. The women who clean the place do an excellent job. There are large baskets available on wheels to do your laundry transfers. There is a bathroom and vending machines. Only drawback for me personally is that the TVs are on and usually pretty loud. Sometimes not, but most of the time. And it's in Spanish. But if that's your thing then it's solid gold. If not take your earbuds. Best laundry in Danbury. Prices Friday - Monday 20lb washer $3.74 30 lb washer $5.15, 45lb washer $7.55, 62lb wash $8.98, 75lb was $10.95 all with free drying.
