Save yourself a lot of aggravation and have your prescriptions filled else where! I was at my orthopedist today for excruciating back pain. I was prescribed 3 different medications to help with my pain/issue. My Dr electronically sent the prescriptions to Rite Aide. Before going to pick them up I figured I would call to see if they were ready. I repeatedly called for 30 minutes before someone finally answered the phone. I was told that today the pharmacy was closed because the pharmacist didn't show up. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Luckily I will just be I pain for another day, BUT what about those who need meds to survive! This is not right! I will be transferring ALL my prescriptions to CVS. How can a formal complaint be made to the state?

No longer answering the phone in the pharmacy. Trying for 1 week. Abruptly closed the pharmacy on the weekends. MD called in a prescription over a week ago still not filled. Horrible. Avoid at all costs!

Used to be a great pharmacy, but is the worst I've dealt with now. The sweet pharmacist left and they only have one remaining, and she has been nothing but rude. They changed the hours so it's closed on weekends and only open 10-6 on weekday, and yesterday the pharmacist didn't even show up. Went in and had a staffing sign and no one there. Returned today to check in on a highly needed medication and was told it isn't available and there's nothing they can do. This happened 3 months ago and the other pharmacist called the doctor and had things fixed on the spot. The only one left won't lift a finger, was rude, and we are changing pharmacies immediately. Warning to all current users of the new changes, and anyone looking for a pharmacy. This one's a sinking ship, was great but not anymore

Kristen the pharmacist is one of the best I've ever dealt with. She is so informed on all the latest updates in pharmacy. Always so helpful and welcoming.
