Walk in 20 min before closing. Waited 10 min before 1st in the teller line to be told we close in 10 min, you have to make an appointment.

Wasted my morning appointment for what was supposed to be a simple debit card PIN change and was absolutely appalled by the service. A full line of customers with only one rep working, while 4 other reps are twiddling their thumbs. Finally, I get help after flagging down a rep only for them to tell us the PIN can't be changed because of the ID being expired. DMV website still says that expiration dates are extended 1 year. The rep explained "they changed the rule yesterday." Unless that's a rule within the bank, this was incorrect. Felt rushed out with a vague explanation but some slight attitude. Will not be going back to this branch.

Great looking bank but unfortunately horrible business practices and management. Seems bilking it's customers is common practice. While the local staff is great people from the area and but paid the price. The management is still brought in from other area's. Very friendly employees, helpful if the customer has any questions. Also tasty lollipops. I'd recommend going to this Wells Fargo.

Bank has admitted to opening accounts without customer's permission and charging fees on those accounts and damaging people credit. I and my family used this branch a few years ago. I recently went in to inquire if any accounts were opened in my elderly mother's name and they gave me the run around and basically refused to provide the information even after I provided all the documentation they requested and made 2 trips there. Unethical institution. I would advise to never bank with Wells Fargo, ever!

Horrible bank and people. Not helpful and looking for reasons to not do their job. Procedures are outdated. Avoid this bank at all costs!

this is the best Wells Fargo I have ever been to. One of the reps even drove to meet me by my house to pick up some forms that I needed to drop off. They have extremely good customer service.

Errands are boring, yet Wells Fargo at Eagle Rd (by Walmart) is THE BEST bank I've ever been to. No one doesn't have a smile, and I'm greeted through the door. They do everything to SAVE you money. Mr. Ramos, the gentleman who helped me set up my account, as well as Mr. Omeri never pressured me into any service I didn't need. They even helped write a projection plan to help bump credit and to save for a car and house. If you're looking for a new bank and want to be treated kindly and like a person (the store manager called and asked me how my life is! Literally, just to see how I was doing.) your search is over. Best people, best services, and oh yeah, the best lollipops ;)
