It is the worst branch of Wells Fargo, we arrived the first time and the man who attended us asked us for proof of address, we took it and he didn’t took it as valid because we have just moved and the postal mail is still diverted, we arrived For the second time with my husband, 30 minutes before closing due to our work, we couldn’t open an account because he said that we should habed arrived 1 hour early. I don't know if he treats all clients that way or only us maybe because we are Hispanic, I have accounts in other banks and even after arriving 15 minutes they are willing to help new clients, we called customer service and they told us that they do not have any policy saying that a client has to arrive 1 hour before closing to open an account. If they don't want to leave late or after 5 they should make a big sign specifying that to open accounts they must arrive 1 hour or more in advance so they don't even waste time getting up from their comfortable chairs. Us, we lose working hours to go to a branch where they will not attend us.

This issue and rating is not for this bank specifically, but overall. Everywhere I go my card is declined due to "fraud detection." I've spent countless hours on the phone with these people, and they can't seam to help. They say "it's fishy how there's a charge at the shell gas station in your area" like... hello? That's clearly me. Please allow me to buy gas. Please allow me to buy what I need to survive. Every purchase I make I have to call in and authorize the charge. Looks like you lost a customer, I'm changing banks

I visited the branch with a relatively complex issue. The staff handled it efficiently and, most importantly, correctly. All of the employees in this branch were pleasant and helpful. This was an enjoyable experience for me.

Bank has admitted to opening accounts without customer's permission and charging fees on those accounts and damaging people credit. I and my family used this branch a few years ago. I recently went in to inquire if any accounts were opened in my elderly mother's name and they gave me the run around and basically refused to provide the information even after I provided all the documentation they requested and made 2 trips there. Unethical institution. I would advise to never bank with Wells Fargo, ever!

Came in here for a transaction and the teller was very friendly. The line also wasn't crazy long and they have free blank check registers out here, which will come in handy for me. Oh, and they have Dum Dum suckers out at the teller's section!!! I love those so this made my day even better.
