Amazing buying used and trading In my jeep. Steve Mortati was my sales rep and I can’t say enough good things. Buying a car sucks but not from Steve. He handled the process amazing from start to finish and I’m grateful for that because buying a car is a big purchase. He worked with me on the trade in and price on new car. If you’re in the market for a car and find yourself at Weeks make sure you ask for Steve because he’ll change your whole perspective on buying a used car!

Purchased a car over a month ago. This is my second vehicle from this dealership and family members have also purchased from here. Extremely disappointed in whatever recent changes have occurred to make such a negative experience.Temporary plates have expired and the only updates that have been received are due to multiple calls that are frequently not answered. Now have a car, car and insurance payments…. No title no plates. Ultimately not legal to drive and no updates. Still waiting ! Each call results in “hopefully tomorrow! And we will call and update you regardless”…NOPE!Unfortunately prospective customers are a priority. After sale experience is horrible !

I bought a car from then, the wheels were bent. They sold me a warranty that barely covered anything that was wrong with the car. And there was a lot wrong with the car. It also takes forever to get ahold of the warranty company as they avoid calls. They didn’t cover an issue with my car that it said it would in the fine print. They scanned me with the car and the warranty. DONT BUT THE WARRANTY.

Without a doubt the worst interaction I have ever had with a car dealer. I made an offer online and they agreed to my offer price with the demand I include their Ceramic coat fee of $699. Knowing this was a scam (Goggle it if you doubt me) I rejected that fee being added. I then revised my offer by increasing it by $400 if they took off that ceramic coating charge. Hours went by didn't get a reply and having left texts Rich the salesman finally responds saying management hasn't got back with him either. This is Friday afternoon for them, and I am 3 hours earlier on PST. I tell Rich I had a doctor's appointment and will be back in an hour. I get no reply. Same thing rest of the weekend. Monday I check to see if car is still available (Still listed everywhere) nobody will reply to me. Tuesday i use my 2nd Email to see if car is still available and get an auto reply that it is still available by the sales manager. I reply to him directly listing the same steps as in this review. Still no reply. The most unprofessional dealership on the planet. If you have to buy a car from them offer $700 less than you planned so they can't scam you with their spray bottle ceramic coat job!

Just purchased a used card from Weeks yesterday--excellent smooth experience! Found car on line through Car Gurus, then viewed on the Weeks website. Having lost trust in used car lots and dealers over the years that charge huge hidden fees, I contacted Weeks through their website with my usual question when buying a car: "What are the additional charges on top of the listed price?" Bryan was quick to respond through texts with the numbers which seemed reasonable although he listed a ceramic coating as one of them. Within 48 hours, 35 texts (half of the texts mine), and a few photos Bryan took himself later, he answered all my questions, gave me a more than fair price for the car I was trading in (a 22 year old Buick), and we had a deal. He explained the need for the deposit to hold the car for me which would be refundable if I did not want the car when I saw it for the test drive (I did take it for a test drive once we were moving forward). No pressure calls or tactics, all through texts and photos, and all easy, smooth, and professional. They took the old Buick without hesitation which I know many other dealers would have passed on.....And, although the "new" car, a 2011 Lexus RX350, looked great in the photos, I did decide to go with the polymer coating as I figured its finish (being 12 years old) could further benefit from the coating and that this "new" car would not be garaged once I got it. (When I asked Bryan what that coating was all about, he did not give me a hard sale at all--instead he texted be a link about it and when I also researched it more on line, I sold myself on its value.) And the Weeks dealership and its lot are far superior to many of the used car dealerships I've visited over the years and see on line--clean, professional, and almost too good to be true. I HIGHLY, H-IG-H-L-Y recommend Bryan and Weeks. I met Bryan's bosses, the sales manager Al and Chris--both extremely friendly, and later with Courtney who did all the paperwork at the end. No surprises, no hard sale on extended warranty bs, all smooth, to the point, and professional. Truly a great experience. 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10, 100 out of---well. you get the message!! My experience could not have been better!! Now, if my "new" car proves to be any where near a good as my experience with Bryan and the Weeks team, they will have restored my trust in used car sales people and dealerships----Not really, but definitely with Bryan and Weeks!

Love the Audi.. Dealer is friendly and fast. Picked up vehicle 2 days after closing the deal.Minus 1 star because I had to chase them for a few months to correct a post sale issue.

So disappointed with the team setting expectations and outcomes on many aspects including on what ended up being the 6 weeks to wait for a title. After finishing the paperwork and heading home with our new preowned car from the dealer- it ended up being someone else car. When we called to confirm based on the mileage being different- they said come right back we made an error. The list is too long to list the other items . Not recommending this location for preowned car sales

No pressure sales from folks like Daniel and Courtney who allow you the time you need to make the right decision for you. My purchase took much longer than expected for a myriad of reasons and not once was my time wasted nor did I feel like I was being pressed. Once the decision to move forward was made, I put a deposit on the vehicle, and the back and forth of info exchange occurred. Then, the big day we made an appointment to do the final paperwork and receive delivery and BAM! I was greeted upon arrival by Daniel, we reviewed the vehicles (my trade and the purchase) and I spent 15 minutes with Courtney finalizing paperwork. 15 MINUTES! The Daniel and I made sure my trade was fully cleaned out, i was wished well, and I drove off. I took a half day off work expecting HOURS. Great group - the site manager was very nice as well. I will be back there for sure.

Daniel guided me through my first ever car purchase - a 2019 VW Jetta. Words cannot express how kind, thorough, and informative Daniel is. He walks you through every step of the process. His team member Courtney worked closely with me to secure a fantastic deal that worked for my situation. The entire process went quickly, smoothly, and Daniel was extremely pleasant. I'd immediately recommend Daniel, Courtney, and the entire dealership to anyone considering a car purchase!

I recently purchased a car from Weeks. I would highly recommend this place. My experience was positive and low pressure. Rich M. was the sales guy that helped me. Great guy! He was knowledgeable and went out of his way to work with me to get the car I wanted.

Made an appointment with Daniel who sits right by the door and front desk for a tome ar night after work. Worked all day got my family and drove almost an hour to this appointment which I even got there 20 early, to see a sold sticker on the vehicle I had an appointment to test drove and possibly purchase. I walk in Daniel and the lady at front desk automatically looked at me and my family like we didn’t belong there, until o told him who I was and that I had an appointment .He says to me with no apologies of anything .“That car was sold about an hour ago. “I told him we had an appointment to test drove the car and I drove over 45 min to get there. No apologies no I have another I can show you nothing. Daniel says, “ there’s 8 of us here I don’t know what they all sell.”First off do not profile anyone Beciase of color, race or what they are wearing. No we were not white Americans all dressed up. And we all came from work , i my self work in healthcare and to have someone profile anyone this way and be treated this way is disgusting to me.I will never recommend this place to anyone of color or race that isn’t a white American all dressed up.Shame on you pre week used auto center in Danbury .Shame on you Daniel, we didn’t profile you for having teeth of someone who smokes crack. You should not be on this business.Horrible customer service, profiling, poor management.

My wife and I just picked up a used 2018 Ford Explorer from this dealership and I am pleased with how everything was handled.Steve was nowhere near your typical dealership salesman as he was not in any way pushy. He worked with us on the price of the car and our trade in value. He made sure we were accommodated with anything we needed and he was just overall polite. His communication was also top notch. I would rather text than call so the fact that he was able to text was awesome. The finance manager, Courtney, was also great to work with. She made the paperwork easy, found the best interest rate possible despite the current economy, was also not pushy in trying to push extended warranties, ceramic coating plans, unnecessary vin etching BS, or anything else to tack on to the previously agreed sales price. The sales manager, Al, was also super polite and professional when it came to valuing our trade. Super straight forward with no BS. Didn't try to force us into trading in even though we got a higher offer from a known inferior dealership. The vehicle was also gone through with a fine tooth comb and every single part was more than acceptable whether it be the brakes, tires, mechanical components and filters. Kudos to the service team and sales manager in making this a top notch automobile. I have zero doubts that this will make it very long with no issues due to improper maintenance. The last two visits to other dealerships over the years gave me major anxiety in having to fight for a good deal. These guys just gave it with no hesitation. I am pleased to see there are still good dealerships out there and putting the term "Stealership" to rest. Although this place is over an hour drive away from my home, I WILL be back to purchase another car in the future.

Updated review.I came back a second time around to upgrade our Tiguan to an Atlas. Al, Chris and Courtney made the entire process a breeze. Would recommend this dealership to any friend or family member looking to purchase a vehicle. The team is personable, honest, and works hard to get you the right deal for your and your needs. Will continue to shop here for all of my car needs.
