Worked with Rich. Not pushy at all, straight to business. Did all negotiations and numbers over the phone and through email, everything was as discussed when arrived at the dealership. Everyone was very easy to work with and talk to. Got a great deal on Atlas and my trade in was smooth and straight forward. Highly recommend.
