Extremely racist. I worked at a Walgreens when I was younger so I am very familiar with loss prevention. If you are black or tall they will send loss prevention to follow you and they will use code over the speaker . Not every person who is dark skin or tall is a thief. I ended up confronting the loss prevention employee who made me feel very uncomfortable and circled around many times ”pretending” to shop while staring at me. He tried to act like he didn’t know what I was talking about but then soon as I left the aisle talked to one of the employees and then as I was checking out was helping 2 other employees in another aisle put things away. I am tired of being profiled every time I go into this pharmacy. Doesn’t matter if I am dressed in a suit or sweats. Not everyone who has dark skin is a criminal. I ended up asking someone for help to get some bandages and they seemed annoyed when I asked. Overall horrible experience.

Don't go to this store. I was told that I couldn't return an item I bought at another walgreens store an hour and a half away even though I had the receipt and the item in the packaging. Also apparently the bathrooms close by a certain hour so I couldn't use them. Walgreens online literally says that you can return the items at any store but apparently that's not true. Avoiding this store in the future at all costs.

Phenomenal location! The pharmacy staff are extremely respectful and quick. I had my script sent 30 minutes before closing time and they got it done in a matter of minutes. They answer any and every question I have! You will not regret going to this Walgreens location!

Walgreens has a good reputation for customer service. Their employees are generally friendly and helpful, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied.Walgreens is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can always get the medication or products you need, no matter the time. This is especially convenient for people who work late or have odd hours.

Worst Walgreens staff ever. They never, ever have the prescriptions ready on time; even 1 or 2 days after the doctors prescribes it its never ready and you always end up having to come back in 20 or 30 minutes. Huge inconvenience when you have a sick 9 month old baby in the car!Changing pharmacies asap!

Walgreens pharmacy is exceedingly helpful. Lisa, the pharmacist goes out of her way to be kind, helpful and she is remarkably efficient. Everything we get there is always correct and received when promised! A big thank you to Lisa, and to Walgreens!

It says it's 24 hours. Every time I come here there is a sign on the door saying they are closed at midnight. Every single time!!! Why does it say 24 hrs if it's not open 24 hrs??!!!

One is much too nice. I am throughly disgusted by my treatment at this Walgreens pharmacy. I much prefer the Seymour & North Haven locations which I normally go to who have the nicest staff. I picked up a controlled substance (klonapin) which was the last of three refills. I’ve had no issue thus far. My license & credit card were stolen & I called two days before asking if an old license (with the same valid license number) would work. The lady said yes. I came in and spoke to the pharmacy cashier, Ross. He said “this is expired”. I said yes it is, I talked to a pharmacist two days ago & explained the situation. I had my address and two other photo ids he didn’t bother looking at, he went and loudly and inaccurately told the pharmacist I’m using an expired license. The pharmacist (a middle aged brunette woman) screamed at me saying I can’t use it anymore. I had to tell her I never have until today, ive always shown my up to date license & im in the log book. Ross inaccurately relayed the message and treated me like trash as if he felt I was trying to scam for a low level anxiety meds. I understand rules, and if he was nice or the pharmacist was nice I’d have no issue. Truly. He rudely said I could not pick it up and if I knew anyone with a valid drivers license I could come back tomorrow. As I walked away, he said “those are just rules!” It was incredibly embarrassing to do that especially in front of other customers. I never disputed the fact they have rules to abide by, but it’s very upsetting when you are earnestly trying to pick up an anxiety medicine and get treated like you’re an addict, trash when you have patrionized the place with zero issues. Shame on you Ross, the pharmacist and management for letting your staff treat long time customers this way. You lost a customer.

I just dropped off my package to return through the convenience of FedEx at Walgreens. Annette, who saw me with the box new right away I was looking where to go. She directed me, and once she was finished with the customer at the register, she hurried over to the photo center to assist me. I was so pleased to receive such attention and great customer service! Walgreens, you have a gem on hands, please recognize the people who represent your company and provide your customers with great service!

If I could give it zero I would. They have no bathroom open to the public but no sign posting otherwise. They do vaccines and have people wait to be seen and wait while getting their medications filled. What if someone has to go to the bathroom? Make one side for employees and the other to the public. You already have a lock on it, it’s not hard to control. Also I’m pretty sure a store of a certain size or zoning purpose has to offer a bathroom to the public.

The store isn’t the same like it used to be: cashiers flirting with you while making it awkward (Victor) the store manager Matt seems like a karen letting his employees suffer and doesn’t seem to show empathy to his poc employees. Everyone is either talking in the office doing nothing except the one beauty consultant who’s working her heart out yet is treated so poorly. Kelly and Michelle are two managers that will make things so annoying since they’ll look out for each other yet not for the employees on shift or customers on the floor. Good luck shopping/working there lol
