They must be having tough times. Had my S60 in for regular service and diagnostic/repair for an odd sound. Was a pricey visit as it was, so I was shocked when they pushed that they recommended I get the sunroof drain serviced for $190. I asked if it was clogged, and they obfuscated and reiterated that they recommended it. I declined. When I got the car home I did a quick simple test and poured a glass of water down both drains ( no tools, 2 minutes tops ), and verified there is not even a hint of blockage. I've been so happy with this Dealer in the past. This felt like a betrayal.

Carlo is the best. Not a typical pushy salesman. Very accommodating and knowledgable. We bought our first car from here from Carlo (XC40) 2 years ago and now just bought a second car (XC90 hybrid) and straight away texted Carlo. He welcomed us back, answered all our questions and found us a great deal.
Highly recommend this dealer and ask for Carlo.

Great car buying experience. Ryan was great. The best part was the open line of communication. All calls were immediately answered by Ryan and he had a great handle on all the details. This to me was key as other dealers are not very good at this. If you need a Volvo - call Ryan.

My wife and I bought a beautiful certified pre-owned Volvo here. In spite of the recent national dealership computer breakdown, not to mention a holiday in the middle of the deal, the staff worked hard to take care of us, even delivering the car to us 1.5 hours away. Shout out for our friendly young salesperson Ryan, who was knowledgeable and refreshingly low-pressure. Ask for him! Absolutely would do business again.
