Verizon needs to cross check who they hire to represent their services. Sale rep with a disgustingggg attitude, no professionalism whatsover. And a brainless store manager that supports her shameless behavior. The girl tried to rip my mom off like they usually do, gave her the WRONG device, even though she paid for a newer one. Then sent her to apple for them to set it up bc they are too lazy to do it themselves. Come to find out Verizon gave her an older device and NOT what she paid for, which was significantly more than what the device given was worth. Walk back to Verizon (all within the same hour). This rotten girl with no home training tries to scam my mom and asked for $50 to return the device that SHE WRONGLY gave my mother. Keep in mind my mother is elderly, aggravated because they refuse to give her the correct device without her giving them $50, this girl begins to yell and act like she wanted to physically fight my mother.... The ignorant store manager than proceeds to enable her barbaric and ghetto behavior by opening his mouth to then yell at my mom and threaten to call the cops because she, rightfully so, wanted what she paid for. Absolutely disgusting shame on that woman and the manager.

I don't have Verizon anymore and thank God I don't. After sitting in this store for an hour with my girlfriend I was daydreaming about the electric chair. Unorganized, inefficient...understaffed even. Take your pick. Families seem to come here just to chat and the staff is more than happy to oblige. I simply will never understand a business that doesn't value convenience and efficiency for its customer base.

Excellent location. Professional, friendly tech support. Manager Tom & agent Brian listen to your concerns, address and refigure problems quickly, and made the phone functionable within minutes rather than the weeks I spent online trying to fix the phone. .I will only purchase from this location in the future.The Brookfield Federal road location is a nightmare, horrible customer service and management.I will only purchase from the Danbury Mall location in the future to avoid the frustration and inadequacy of online and Brookfield personnel.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. I spoke to a very eager sales representative, Rebecca/Becka/ARJEA, they were so helpful, informative and friendly. They were honest, (I highly value honestly). I wanted top of the line, but as an Automotive technician I have to be careful which phone I choose due to how delicate some of the new phones can be. They informed me there was a perfect fit for me through! I bought a Samsung s23+. I am thrilled with the product and promotions I recieved! There was another sales rep, seated next to us, who, even while assisting another customer, gave off the same open and eager willingness to help. I really enjoyed the whole visit and how real and personable the employees were here. I was in and out super fast, but spent more time talking- which I enjoyed! I do feel terrible I came later than I had anticipated, but they were more than willing to help past 8pm. 10/10 customer service. I will always shop here for any future purchases I need.

I think it's fair to say that Verizon Wireless doesn't care about their customers one way or the other. I've had my phone with them since 1998 and whenever I've called them about anything, they consistently give "take it or leave it" type answers so I'm used to not having terrific customer service so I was surprised that I was surprised by the level of service at this store considering my expectations were already so low.My poor Pixel 5 was limping along due to its advanced age and the fact that I dropped it twice recently. I decided to bite the bullet and get a Pixel 7a so when we walked by the store, I walked in, asked the guy behind the counter who barely looked up if they had it in stock and went to look at it when he pointed to the wall where it was displayed. The size was bigger than I would have liked but it was okay so I went and told him I wanted to buy it. He let me know that he could add it to my account for on a three year payment plan and I said that I would be happy just to pay for it now and he said he couldn't help me. I was confused because I'd checked the website the day before and I knew I could buy it online but he said that's not possible in the store. He said I could go to Best Buy if I wanted to purchase it.Recalling that I could buy it online and that he did say they had one in stock, I asked if I could purchase online and request pickup at the store and he said that would probably work, so I sat down, did everything online on my crippled Pixel 5 (I was trying to keep the horrible truth of its replacement away from it) and submitted the order. He went in the back for about 10 minutes, then came out with a bag with my phone. After I opened the box to ensure there was a phone in it, I left with my new purchase.Again, although not surprised, I'm disappointed in the level of service from Verizon. I've been a customer for 25 years and even conservatively estimating a payment of $100 per month during that time, I've given them over $30,000 but they still make me do all the work to get a phone. I'm not faulting the guy who works there for Verizon's ridiculous policy and I guess I appreciate the recommendation to try Best Buy but it's clear that the company would love to do away with staff altogether and have the customer do all the work. But if you have people in the store, why don't you let them sell? I get it, but it's a business model designed to reduce costs. I'm also too lazy to switch to AT&T or another provider so they know they have me. But I wouldn't recommend Verizon to anyone and especially in that area of Connecticut, the coverage that used to be very strong has degraded in the past few years so maybe I should see if another provider is better. It's a cell phone company, so it's about as expected.

place is a joke i set an appointment for 7 made it there by 705 from work waited 25 mins for someone to say they were ready went to buy the s23 ultra and i would have maybe even bought the Samsung galaxy book go and the new galaxy watch 5 had they made the effort to even care but after waiting for 25 mins i was told o well we are closing in 30 minutes we can't sell you the phone. I looked at her confused? she then proceeded to tell me you can order it online and come back and we will have it ready for you in the morning though and we can do it tomorrow for you but i can't do your trade in because we close in 30 mins and theirs not enough time. i didn't know that Verizon closes 30 mins early and you don't service your customers i pay way to much for my bill for this kind of treatment and for someone to stop working 30 minutes early because she didn't want to do her job and make a sale. i legit use to work for Verizon and would stay up to an hour later to make my sale. Never going here again i don't recommend anyone else does either if it wasn't because i need to use Verizon for work and needed your app i use for work i would have gone down stairs to the t mobile store and changed my service at this point I'm really over it it costs to much for your service and i get HORRIBLE customer service you can't even get someone on the phone anymore.

I have been a customer of Verizon for over 15 years. Becka was incredible in helping me with my purchase. She was kind and professional, knowledgeable and is a prime example of how Verizon employees should be. I look forward to returning to this location in the future in hopes for the same experience. I wish there was a way to give negative stars. To say that the customer service at this location is the worst, is an understatement. Honestly it might have given me a reason to switch service. We waited a long time to have someone wearing a mask and being absolutely unintelligible asked us from far away what we needed and not even bothered helping us with our questions.

Becka (Rebecca) at the Verizon shop in the Danbury Mall was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in guiding me through my choices for a new phone and alerted me features of my contract that I wasn't aware of.

This was a great little visit. The employees were very helpful to my daughters. I presented to be an employee and tried to sell my daughter a tablet. The employess did not try to stope and it is possible they were maybe entertained.
