AVOID THIS PLACE! I was a Verizon customer for over 8 years before a made the switch to a wireless competitor last year, a better company that is client focused and superb overall service that Verizon lacks in many areas.
When it was time to upgrade my Iphone, I requested it online but without tampering and/or opening the box, I took the UPS package to the Danbury store to make an exchange for the larger 14 Pro Max. After speaking to an associate regarding my request, she looked at the box and stated they could not return as it had been opened. I requested to speak to the manager and he also insinuated it had been tampered with so they could not accept the return or exchange it.
Accusing a long time customer with erroneous allegations brings repercussions so within days, I cancelled my Verizon account with three lines and it was the best decision given its aftermath so thanks to Verizon and their lousy store service that catapulted me to a lower monthly price and three new phones and better signal from a competitor. Oh, I almost forgot , I got a $600 gift card from my new carrier as I told them my Verizon experience.

We have been with Verizon for over 25 years. Never have we ever met a Sales Rep as awful and horrendous as RJ. Maybe they’re racist, seeing as my family and I are POC but the literal second we walked in we were told that they would not be helping us today and were given a phone number to refer to. When I told the manager about RJ’s obnoxious behavior, RJ started raising their voice at us again and interrupting me and my family as we told the manager about our experience. Don’t bother going here, or dealing with Verizon!

DO NOT GO HERE! The manager Tom Howell is horribly rude and antagonistic. I literally went in with a question was greeted by a nice young man Louis who was going to try to answer my question when this Tom (the manager) got all in our business and made a calm customer into a raging lunatic. What a way to show your employees Tom! Go to your local Verizon store they are much nicer and helpful.

Verizon needs to cross check who they hire to represent their services. Sale rep with a disgustingggg attitude, no professionalism whatsover. And a brainless store manager that supports her shameless behavior. The girl tried to rip my mom off like they usually do, gave her the WRONG device, even though she paid for a newer one. Then sent her to apple for them to set it up bc they are too lazy to do it themselves. Come to find out Verizon gave her an older device and NOT what she paid for, which was significantly more than what the device given was worth. Walk back to Verizon (all within the same hour). This rotten girl with no home training tries to scam my mom and asked for $50 to return the device that SHE WRONGLY gave my mother. Keep in mind my mother is elderly, aggravated because they refuse to give her the correct device without her giving them $50, this girl begins to yell and act like she wanted to physically fight my mother.... The ignorant store manager than proceeds to enable her barbaric and ghetto behavior by opening his mouth to then yell at my mom and threaten to call the cops because she, rightfully so, wanted what she paid for. Absolutely disgusting shame on that woman and the manager.

I don't have Verizon anymore and thank God I don't. After sitting in this store for an hour with my girlfriend I was daydreaming about the electric chair. Unorganized, inefficient...understaffed even. Take your pick. Families seem to come here just to chat and the staff is more than happy to oblige. I simply will never understand a business that doesn't value convenience and efficiency for its customer base.

Excellent location. Professional, friendly tech support. Manager Tom & agent Brian listen to your concerns, address and refigure problems quickly, and made the phone functionable within minutes rather than the weeks I spent online trying to fix the phone. .I will only purchase from this location in the future.The Brookfield Federal road location is a nightmare, horrible customer service and management.I will only purchase from the Danbury Mall location in the future to avoid the frustration and inadequacy of online and Brookfield personnel.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. I spoke to a very eager sales representative, Rebecca/Becka/ARJEA, they were so helpful, informative and friendly. They were honest, (I highly value honestly). I wanted top of the line, but as an Automotive technician I have to be careful which phone I choose due to how delicate some of the new phones can be. They informed me there was a perfect fit for me through! I bought a Samsung s23+. I am thrilled with the product and promotions I recieved! There was another sales rep, seated next to us, who, even while assisting another customer, gave off the same open and eager willingness to help. I really enjoyed the whole visit and how real and personable the employees were here. I was in and out super fast, but spent more time talking- which I enjoyed! I do feel terrible I came later than I had anticipated, but they were more than willing to help past 8pm. 10/10 customer service. I will always shop here for any future purchases I need.
