I came here to get an oil change. After waiting for half an hour, they told me to reverse to let the guy in the other line ahead of me since he was there first. That seemed fair, so I obliged. Soon after, another car pulls up, waits not even ten minutes and they let him in before me. Now I'm waiting another 20 minutes with no apology or explanation. Still in line. I understand that there's only so much space in there, but if you're going to be fair for one, be fair for all. The guy that came in after me is leaving now and I'm still waiting.

The staff here is great, the customer in front of me was taking a while as their skid plate was hard to get back on, they communicated with me frequently and made me feel like I wasn't being ignored.Great place to get an oil change if your loved one is having surgery across the street. Its something to do to burn the time. They also have good coupons online.

I got my oil changed today. I brought my own oil and filter and air filter. Today it cost 77.00 dollars. The last time a few months ago it cost 45.00 dollars. My last oil change at the dealership they provided oil and filter for 70.00 dollars. Something not adding up. ? . Workers nice but price not worth it. 77 dollars to much, when I provided oil and filters . This is the location on Main Street. Not on White Street.

Usually I don't go to Valvoline, but they had a good coupon. It took a while for them to work on my car and then once they started my oil change their pump broke to put the oil in so it took wayyyy longer. Didn't seem like anybody really knew what to do at first. Which, is expected. But it's important to let people know what's going on so they are aware how long they are going to be stuck there. Overall though all the workers were doing their best.
