I went for passport service without an appointment on a Saturday. Ritu welcomed me, never complained about not having an appointment and I had the best customer service from a person who would not get a tip. Hats off!!

It does pay to go to the 23 Backus Ave, Danbury CT United States Post Office.
It's their employees that make it so unlike any DMV office. They are consistently happy 😊 to help each and every customer each and every time.
