“It’s been a tough few months with tires, so this is a multi-part review. The first two times I came to the Danbury Town Fair Joe helped me out.
Joe was very polite and helpful. I came in with a new set of tires that another shop wasn’t able to balance. The folks at Town Fair balanced them no problem and also corrected an alignment issue. My second visit was motivated by a slow leak. Joe and team investigated and found it to be an issue with the mounting (which wasn’t done at Town Fair). Joe got it sorted quickly!
On my most recent visit, Dave helped me out with a screw in the tire of another vehicle. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and polite.

“I traveled from out of state and my car broke down during the fierce rain storm, necessitating me to stay in a nearby hotel. George has earned his reputation for being honest and accommodating. Despite a parking lot filled with other automobiles, he diagnosed and repaired my car immediately, thereby allowing to return home without having to stay in a hotel an additional night. If I lived near Danbury CT, Autotech would be my go to place. Many thanks to George and his staff.”

“Excellent service, but overpriced for an oil change. I really like this Monro, but was very surprised that an oil change for my 2013 Outback cost $118. I had the oil changed at another repair shop a few months ago and only spent $86 (tax and fees included), which I'd say is pretty consistent with what I've paid for oil changes in this car elsewhere. $118 is excessive by all means. I likely won't come back to this location given the cost, which is unfortunate as everything else is great here. The employees are wonderful. They got me in and out on time. With so many repair shops around, I'm going to choose to go somewhere that's more reasonably priced.”

“Ran over something on Rte 84 while passing through Danbury and ended up at side of road with a flat tire. Google Maps helped me locate Val's only a mile away and they even had their own towing service! Everyone, including the tow truck driver, was very helpful. They have a great crew there from their mechanics to their front desk personnel are wonderful. I highly recommend them. I always feel like I am treated fairly, and I always feel I can trust them and respect their advice as we know mechanics can always be, a little unfair and untrustworthy. This Firestone staff is absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this Firestone location”
