Growing up with mechanics my entire life, it took me many years to find a trustworthy place. Frankie and Erick are very respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. The pricing is fair and they stand behind their work. They did an excellent job and did not leave a greasy mess all over my car like other places. I am so happy I found them. I will be going here from now on for all my car repairs. Thank you!

Been with the Rrodrriguez family ever since they had their Bronx shop.
Knowledgeable, honest, friendly, reliable, reasonable, I could hit up the thesaurus for a dozen more adjectives but nothing could demonstrate my faith in Frankie and Erik more than putting my trust in them with my parents' cars.
These are good people.
I'm very happy to see that they've made a name for themselves in CT and I wish them the best of success going forward.

I have used Frankie for my vehicles for over 20 years. His knowledge about vehicles is unparalleled. His ability to diagnose problems and keep my vehicles in tip top shape is why I’ve stayed for all these years. On top of that, his prices are extremely reasonable. It’s difficult to get an honest, reliable mechanic and we have that with Frankie.

I asked for rear brake inspection. They gave me list of all the parts "recommended" for replacement, WITHOUT checking the car. I do not consider this a good business practice.

Had the best experience with The Car Guys. They were affordable and worked with me on making major repairs to my 2011 Audi. I had a few shops turn it away and they got it done and it runs beautifully. I will be bringing it back for oil changes and other maintenance and repairs, I won’t go anywhere else. Very trustworthy and loyal. They took the time to explain and show me the parts that needed replacing. They worked fast. They are honest and I won’t trust my Audi to anyone else.. highly recommend this shop and Frankie!! Thank you for helping me through - God Bless!!

I was referred to Frankie by a trusted friend who said she had been going to Frankie’s since he was in the Bronx. Frankie was professional and thorough when inspecting my car and informing me of the repairs my car needed. When I picked up my car it felt brand new again! And was half the price of the dealer quote I was given on non covered items from my warranty. Never going to another mechanic. Frankie and his team were amazing.
