We waited two weeks for a screen to come in, they even threw in a free screen protector... which they forgot about. We asked them to order the screen a week before we set up a time to get the phone fixed; it was the weekend. The first shipment had a car accident either on a Monday or Tuesday. There was enough time to order a new screen before we came in as we were going the next Saturday. They did not order and we had to wait another week. After the week passed, we get the screen fixed, but no screen protector. So we gave up. 0/5 Do not recommend.

The ABSOLUTE WORSE!!! Do not come here. We brought our iPad to replace a broken screen and they kept it for 6 months. We constantly had to contact them for updates. They would not answer our calls. When we blocked our number, they would finally answer our calls. They gave excuses, such as part has not arrived, needed to reorder part from China, technician on vacation. Then when we received the iPad, the screen only worked in portrait and not landscape. We took it back and they kept it for 3 more months, with more excuses, such as we need to replace a part, technician is having a baby. We asked them to just put the iPad back the way it was and we would just use it in portrait mode, but we would like a refund. They agreed, but instead DESTROYED our iPad and gave us a refund. We had two technicians from two different companies look at our iPad and they agreed that our iPad was sabotaged. One company said, "Wow, they obliterated that iPad. They actually should have given you money because they made a simple repair turn into a destroyed device."
DO NOT USE THEM.

Terrible terrible customer service, we took our phone there to fix the screen and the camera was also damaged. They told me they had the camera and when I went to go pick up the phone they had told me the camera didn’t fit. I would not have fixed the screen if I couldn’t fix the camera. When I asked her about the camera she hesitated when telling me she had it. She confirmed when she noticed I was going to walk away. Now when I go somewhere else to fix the camera I will have to pay again to replace the screen. It was pointless money spent and didn’t fix my problem. Stay away from this business.

This is not for Danbury, but for Destiny Mall in Syracuse. Con man! I asked for an Otterbox cellphone cover. Mohi showed me what he said was an Otterbox. He was nice and put it on for me along with a separate glsss screen cover that I bought. I got home and saw that it did not have the Otterbox name on it. It is a knockoff!!! Scam! I live too far away to deal with this!

I went to the store to repair the battery charger. they opened my cell phone and took out all the pieces. They took two and a half hours. they closed my cell phone and I paid for the service. When I got home my cell phone stopped working. I went back there the same day and they said the battery was not working. I paid for the battery. I returned home and the cell phone still has the same problem. I will go back there again and if nothing is resolved I will have to take another step. bad job 07/19/2022

We went here so that my husband could get a new screen protector for his phone. He has the Samsung s20 plus the lady working there was rude and nasty and put on a piece of plastic that was so thin it didn't even classify as a screen protector he clearly told her he wanted tempered glass and that is what she gave him. We get home few hours later he accidentally dropped it and the protector came right off there wasn't even any sticky residue on it to stick to his screen. We brought it back and she refused to give our money back said all she could do was replace with the same thing. Clearly it wasn't a protector of anything if it falls right off if u drop ur phone. Do not recommend this place to any one
