Horrible service !!!!!! The guy who “tried” helping me was extremely rude. Didn’t care at all for my frustration. I have been trying to get this phone fixed and nobody is able to resolve it . They don’t care !!!

Today I have a really bad experience I never ever was great like that I got in the store the representative was taking care a client but he never said Good morning how can i help you he gave us a look like ignoring . We are Latin you never treat clients like that at least when you see a new client you welcome and tell them hold on I’ll take care nothing. We just walked out . I being working with costome services I know how important is to take care the client to be honest the person who works there he doesn’t know what he is doing!

The guys on Newtown Road tried really hard to help yesterday with the sinister-like updates Samsung did that got rid of my vmail icon,? smh! All three tried getting the icon back & went so far as to look up YouTube videos to help. Los tres amigos are well trained, professional, calm, and cordial.?HEY MR T-MOBILE STORE MANAGER, GIVE THEM A GIFT CARD, OR SOMETHING IN RECOGNITION OF ALL THREE DOING THE RIGHT THING WHEN NO ONE WAS LOOKING!??

Terrible customer service and communication skills. Was told not to step on the mat just inside the door because it “counts you as a new customer”. When naturally, as the mat is LARGE and just inside of the door, I step on the mat again, I hear “I am not going to tell you not to step on the mat again.” So unprofessional. So rude. Just a terrible experience. Go to the location in the Danbury mall and save yourself the headache.

Another waist of time going to the store to get any accurate information on what phones will work when they switch to 5G. Not a single employee of T mobile have a clue. T Mobile has been completely non transparent on this issue. I think T Mobile is an evil company for this. Ive been a Sprint customer for 20 years but will have to switch companies now. Why should I have to throw out an iPhone and ruin the environment more. You've also just added to the environmental despair our planet suffers from. To the owner, sell your store and stop contributing to the war on the poor.

Went in and waited for about an hour while the two people behind the counter didn’t acknowledge my boyfriend and I at all. Then the two of them were arguing about giving a customer a phone case because it was “ugly”, meanwhile they both could’ve had the customers that they were working with before we got there done if it hadn’t been for the arguing. Should’ve just let the customer pick his own phone case because he was standing right there. I’m about done with T-Mobile. Had sprint before the merge and never had a problem now I can’t even find a T-Mobile store that has been able to help me with my phone.

I had a wonderful experience with the store manager Raheem Grayson today. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to help with all of the issues I presented him with. They were minor inconveniences for my husband and I and he helped correct each one.
