Hands down the best customer service ever at Stop & Shop Pharmacy in Wilton, CT. They took care of the needs of my elderly parents for 10 years, always with the utmost professionalism and a smile. Nothing but good things to say. Thank you.

I shop here frequently and after today that will no longer happen!! I did not feel welcomed at all shopping today. Worker Vanessa had a nasty attitude and because of this you just lost a customer . horrible costumer service!!

Today I went go pick up my order because i did online pick up order so I went go pack it up the lady in home drilivery said elk I hope he doesn't come back while I was leaving with my order this how there employees act they act like they runing the game there has a former stop and shop employee I never said any thing I kept my moth but theses employees have grabage mouth this the reason why I had to leave that job that not right person have to do

I'm not a fan of the grocery store, but the staff in the pharmacy is excellent. Always friendly, patient, and professional.

first time in my life I ever bought a watermelon and it wasn't ripe. I'm 66 years old so that's been a long time. After I bit into it I mentioned it to my wife. She said I was thinking the same thing, it's just not right. It might be a good deal on sale, but it's not ripe. Worst watermelon I ever had in my life. That's a hard thing to do.

Watch out when buying meat at stop and shop... Someone requested ham for Christmas. I bought one... when I opened the package I noticed a price label underneath the one saying it was best if used by... curious, I pulled it only to see it wasn’t packaged December 11th; it was packaged 11/01 and best of used by 12/15th... well there you have it!!! Can’t trust them even for Christmas dinner. If you’re going to lie to your consumer, make sure you’re not caught! Is it bad? Probably not, but you shouldn’t cheat! SMH.

I recommend it for its fresh products, customer service, very attentive, very clean, its workers in the store are very friendly, without discrimination. This store has a very interesting story. I invite you to know its history. I recommend it to buy Stop & Shop
