This evening the young man who was working took so much time to help my daughter try on a helmet and cleats, discussed how after time the helmet padding would break in and fit to her head, how he’s seeing more and more girls wearing helmets, other concussion precautionary equipment, recommended the cleats he thought would serve her best and let my 7yo son try on equipment as well.
Whomever is hiring the staff here is doing an excellent job.”

“I recently visited the Lululemon store at the Danbury Mall in Danbury, CT, and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by a saleswoman who immediately asked if I needed help finding anything. I explained that I was looking for a specific pair of pants but only saw the ones with the pocket on the side, which I didn't need since I don't get out much to walk anymore due to battling stage 4 lung cancer.

The kindness and understanding I received from her, the manager, and the other saleswomen working that day were truly heartwarming.
