Very unwelcoming experience. There were only a couple of customers in store and plenty of employees to at least say hello. I was completely ignored from the second I walked into the store, no help offered, and had an older woman who worked there basically push past me twice in order to help someone else.
Will never shop in this location again.

Naomi and Nicole are the absolute best! me and my friend went in at 8:20pm and they treated us like queens, Naomi brought us so many bras to try on and we didn’t feel rushed at all! She hyped us up and made us feel beautiful! She even found us the same bra but on clearance in another color! the best experience ever!

1/9/24 Danbury Mall. Smiles abound! Brings me back to a time when stores were properly staffed and waited on u. With bras lets face it, its a dreaded task! Low pressure sales, precise fits w/sales ppl measuring u. They don't lose track of u, will see how it fits and bring u more suggestions based on yr feedback. If it's not in the store they will order for you online.

I had an amazing experience on Saturday at this Soma. I'm a first time shopper at Soma and the customer service in the store was great! I got measured, tried on a bra and instantly loved it! The 2 women in the store were helpful, knowledgeable, and really friendly. I have a hard time finding bras at most stores because I'm plus size and now I have my go-to place!

Nicole and Angela were wonderful help! They helped measure me and told me that I’ve actually been wearing the wrong size for years & I’m actually a 28 band size rather than a 32. Since they don’t carry that in their store, they recommended me a different place in Middlebury called Princess Corset. I really appreciated their help and they made me feel SO comfortable. They didn’t try to keep me in the wrong size so they could make a sale, instead they were only focused on making sure I was able to get a bra that actually fits me. Thank you Nicole & Angela — you guys were wonderful human beings!

I wish I could give Soma no stars after my experience both in the store and with customer service.I purchased one of their bras for working out in the gym. This bra first had a problem with the strap where it is sewn together and I could not fix it. I exchanged this one and everything was fine until a few weeks later when I noticed a tear in the fabric. I also had an issue with the strap of another bra I bought at the Danbury Mall store, si I brought both of them back.I was given a hard time witht he bra I brought back for the second time. In addition, they did not have the nude color of the original bra so I was offered a black one to use until the nude one came in. I was told I would have to come in and exchange them and I asked about this being done by mail as I am disabled and Danbury is quite a distance.When I got home, I called customer service hoping they could help me handle this by mail. I was told that I would have to return the bra I had and then they would send me the new one. I have never heard of such a policy. Also, if it was policy, we all know exceptions can be made.In addition to all this chaos, Tabitha at the Soma store in Danbury lied to the customer service supervisor saying that she offered to mail the correct color bra to me. That was not the case. In fact, I asked about it being sent to me and was told at the store that they can't do that. I told the supervisor this and that if I was offered to do this by mail, there would be no reason for me to call customer service. In addition, the supervisor, Jane, told me there was only 1 bra in my size in the original color that I returned in the warehouse and it would probably sell today. Jane also told me that she didn't know when or if they would get the bra I wanted in. Then to add insult to injury Jane hung up on me after she said she doesn't hang up on customers.Soma was recommended to me by a friend but I will NEVER shop there again. Stay away from Soma Intimates. They don't stand behind their products and their customer service is horrible.

Soma Bras & Sports Bras TAKE WIN!!Walked in to the Mall location today and was greeted with the absolute BEST customer service experience!!Bought 4 items and I'm extremely happy with my purchase, as I've been searching for the most comfortable bra and I found 4!!I'll definitely be back soon!!Thanks Ladies ❤

Great service and nice quality full coverage under garments. The store is organized and their fitting rooms are spacious with nice mirrors and lighting.

I had the greatest experience at Soma in the Danbury mall. I was really looking for quality pieces and I was able to find them thanks for Naomi and the staff! Naomi’s energy is contagious and it made me happy to shop there because of her. She was attentive, positive, and extremely helpful. Thank you!!
