I have done a lot of research and decided on a C4 queen-size smart bed, went to the store on March 19 when they opened at 11 AM and within a half an hour John had me out the door, thank you John, the delivery time was between 2pm and 5pm on 30 March I have a 6 PM meeting that I cannot miss and by 5 o'clock I had to cancel the delivery as they told me there where still over an hour away, they said they would get back out to me Saturday 4/1, between 3:30 and 6:30 PM, again I have a meeting at 7:30 PM you guessed it they're knocking at the door at 6:50 pm as im walking ups the door, once again I had to cancel, they called on 4/3 and told me the next available date was April 12 (9 days away) this is so unbelievably rude, they wasted 6 hours of my time and I still don't have my bed and I'm 63 years old with a bad back and im sleeping on the couch, and I still have to wait for the bed, the sad fact is you are at their mercy and they will show whenever they feel like it. Tempur-pedic here I come

Karen was a great help! We felt physical relief before even leaving the store. I suffer from chronic degenerative disc Disease and my spouse from sciatica. We are looking forward to getting better and healthier sleep to improve our lives! Thanks Karen!!

Stopped in for a presentation of the Sleep Number bed system in Danbury, CT. We were greeted by Karen, who took us on a tour of the beds and gave us all of the information that we needed to make our decision--of course we purchased! I can't say enough about Karen. She gave me her cell phone number and was basically on call via text or phone call to answer all of my MANY questions. We are awaiting delivery of our new bed, and wanted to give Karen 5 STARS--she sold us! Trish & Eddie

I've been waiting 3 months for my collapsed bed to be fixed. The bed is 4 yrs old and I live alone. They can't get their act together. They cancel one hr before.

Buyer BEWARE the BASE and all the cost therein is NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE. Yes they have a sleep on it for 100 days and return it policy. That is for the MATRESS ONLY. A bulk of the cost is in the base which is usable only with their beds. I was told to try and sell mine on FB market place.

Beware!!!!! Once you buy your very expensive bed, they will tell you that it can’t be delivered for 2 months. Then, when the delivery date comes, finally, and the bed doesn’t come, they then tell you that because their driver was sick, your next delivery date will be 6 weeks away. The most horrible customer service I have ever ever heard of. And, they honestly said that to me without even thinking twice. I’m cancelling my order and suggest everyone think twice about buying a bed from Sleep Number. They are not the only mattress company out there. They act like they are, however.

The salesman was knowledgeable and took a great deal of time with my 94 year old mother in law selecting the proper bed . Things fell apart when we purchased the bed . The store scheduled delivery within 2weeks. Three hours before the scheduled delivery they called to inform us there was a shipping problem they were rescheduling for 3 weeks in the future with no option to pick an alternate date. I called the 800 number and waited 35 minutes to talk to a representative . She was apologetic but unable to assist us. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told no problem and again put back in the cue after 15 minutes the line became disconnected. Learned they have no warehouses in the east and everything comes from the far west ( impacted by weather etc). Save your self a headache buy another brand .

Customer service was great. This review only reflects the product. At first I was having terrible sleep the sales team said this is normal when finding your sleep number. I tried so many settings for a week at a time each and couldn't seem to get comfortable. I tried a mattress topper seemed to be slightly better but still wasn't doing the trick. By the time I had enough the 100 day return policy expired. Needless to say I feel like I wasted thousands on an over priced air mattress.
