Since January 2024 the price on several items as being going up compared to Walmart. I believe that they are exploting the Seniors and people in Danbury Connecticut I had to file a complaint to The State of Connecticut consumer affairs after calling the store and speaking with the manager Jerry and he said that he was going to look into it and return the call. But it's been a week since and haven't heard from him

This used to be my favorite store to shop but its quickly become absolutely terrible. The self checkout always has an attitude when your over 15 items as if shes a security guard, however you guys never have enough cashiers to accommodate people in a timely manner so im screwed either way. Will never be coming back

Don't listen to customer service
I called on a Saturday morning and they told me they didn't have sprats. I looked online to confirm, they have sprats in aisle 9 in stock. I came in and bought them. Customer service here just lies and wastes your time so just get the app instead and only use customer service if it's your absolute last option

Watch out for the Poultry sales, or any sale for that matter, this chicken looks like it was a home for a WORM or something, can’t imagine stocking this.

Went to store to get a price adjustment on yesterday's purchase. Customer Service took care of me right away. No questions asked. I was so pleased that I asked to see the Store Manager to thank him and his employees for going the extra mile!UPDATE 7/13/22 - The prices at this store have most definitely gone up due to the economy. However, in all fairness, they've not gone up higher than their competitors. Shelves are not as empty as they were earlier this year; again, in keeping with the economy.This is still my go to store for things I can't get at Stop & Shop.UPDATE 2/26/24 - One of my favorite ways of treating myself, when I go to ShopRite, is buying a pre-made salmon entree. I was greatly disappointed when the store stopped offering it's own 4 differently cooked salmon dinners. They went down to only 1. I let the manager know I'm very disappointed, via the store surveys I always fill out. It's been about 1½ years + they've not started offering different salmon entrees again. But there are other more common entrees such as Mac + Cheese or meatballs. However, I think I'll survive.
