AJ seems to get frustrated when playing numbers mumbling and upset I will not be there at night when he’s there no more yeah and it seems to be only me , before I get disrespectful back I will go elsewhere that’s why a lot people have left there the attitudes

Definitely an inconvenience store-always an issue with pay at pump-in store line moves at the speed of molasses.Luckily it’s not the only gas station in town!

The new guy behind the counter needs basic math skills, or training on how to use the cash register. Have had multiple issues recently with being short changed. So far we’re out about $15, and if this happens all day to other customers people are going to stop going there unless they’re just using a card at the pump. Going to switch where I stop from now on.

I already tend not to use this one because unless you pay cash the pricing is raised. I was low on gas today and forgot my wallet. Google AND Shell site said that Shell stations take Google Pay. Running on fumes I get to the station, and the pump accepted neither my Stop&Shop membership number OR my Google Pay card (BofA Visa debit, perfectly legit). I'm lucky I had enough gas to get home, no thanks to false promises. Admittedly I may not have all the facts, but based on other reviews I just read I have my doubts about the management of this place.

We are Shell gasoline users because we use the app they have to save money. This Shell is always a bit cheaper than the one closer to Brewster on Mill Plain Road. The app works flawlessly here and the station is clean. There are usually paper towels available if you need them. I've never been in the store so can't rate that. But for a nice, clean, efficient place to fill up, it's great. If you're getting back on I-84, it's super quick. I think this is one Shell of a gas station!

Store says 24 hrs. I pulled up at 11:45, guy inside saw me and gave me a look, i started to enter my info on the pump, he turned everything off before I could pump my gas

Buyer beware.... The customer service is horrible I was in today at around 2:11pm and the cashier was on his phone watching a video, I was standing at the counter and he just ignored me when I asked him for lotto tickets and he just sat there watching his phone then when I confronted him about it he got nasty and I told him I would report him to the owner and he stated he was the owner and proceeded to threaten me and walk towards me in a threatening manor, I am an attorney and have a reputation to uphold and would not stoop to that level I can not believe this is the owner of this gas station! Do not go to this station there are plenty of others on this road that are respectful and have good customer service

It gets busy at times, however they try to take care of you as quickly as possible. The property is well maintained and the gas prices are reasonable for the area. People tend to gamble there a lot for some reason.
